Was Imran accused for his daughter's death?

So was he accused (and convicted I assume) of negligence for his daughter's death by drowning?

That's just sad if true.

i really think that too..

he might hv been careless and then the girl who says 'imran siddiqui i love u' left him and accused him for death of their daughter

They mentioned in the previous episode (i think) that that girl is his uncle's son. So I guess there are various things that he has gone through.

Loss of his own family (wife/child) as well as niece.

Regarding the murder, I feel they are just rumours. The actual truth is something else which only he & his uncle know. I don't know why that flashback of the girl walking into the river reminded me of that Aamir Khan film 'Talaash'. If I remember correctly, his son in that film also dies by drowning.

I think he probably was looking after her she went in pool/lake to get the ball and drown and his wife blames him and leaves him.

My bad, I think I missed or overlooked this fact. Quite possibly, the murder charges could've been laid on him for something else, which we haven't been told yet.

When I watched this scene, I thought he looked really guilty while seeing her photo and after the flashback so that's why i thought he was trialed for her death.

Oh well i really hope the CVs explore this chapter soon, because so far we know nothing about the murder story.
