Sanjana and Ajay are not expecting anything from each other and Sanjana is not expecting anything for herself from Ajay's family either. I think this is a positive thing for the couple and for Sanjana as an individual😊
Without any expectations they are beginning to be there for each other and this is helping them see the real them. They have already seen the negative in each other and what they can do to get back at each other 😆 so for them the only way is upwards
Versus
Shreya and Bhushan got into this marriage with MANY expectations which is usual but it seems that they did not communicate about their expectations from each other in their two years of courting/dating.😕 Shreya expected him to be the "perfect" husband as per her ideals who sees her as number 1 and he expected her to be the "perfect" bahu/daughter-in-law for his family.
Bhushan's constant comparing of Shreya to Vinati was a big downfall for their relationship!
