Hmm... based on the BTS, Kalyani dosen't seem to be in jail or in a courthouse. And Kaka is not arresting her for violating the restraining order. Seems like he is arresting her for doing personal work during government hours. I'm sure Malhar will get her out of this one. And like you said Gayu, Anu will get bail using Goda's name.

Maybe BTS is misleading but, there seems to be no court/jail sequence coming up. So maybe all of this will be done out of court.

Couple of things I think will happen:

1. Anu will get Kalyani bail to prove her innocence. I think she will have 2 weeks before next hearing.

2. I think what we are anticipating will happen. The orphanage will lead to the child trafficking ring, so that will no longer be personal work, but rather KalMa catching criminals. This also lines up with Moksh's entry being announced now.

I'm sure by the end of October, the shooting truth will be out. We'll understand what exactly happened 5 years ago that Kaka is so angry.

Anu for time being will get the bail papers in the name of godavari Deshmukh

Like she will get the paperworks don't byt ask goda to hand it over as she did it

So truth won't come out that easily

And I think court room drama abhi nahi aayengi

It will either come for moksh case ya anusars beti ki case as a dhamaka

Because with this incident ( like goda bailing kallu out ) I think kalma will feel some confidence on godavari Deshmukh the advocate who is capable enough

So when a real court case comes I am sure sarthak being very highly respected advocate in the bar none would dare to take a case against him especially something that deals with his family matter like child or grandchild

Probably beacuse they fear that case won't stay or they can't win

Especially if it is pillu as I said before no court will accept a raabta that existed 5 years before and still exists in the mind of a mother . Court law dekttha he and no sane advocate who knows the law points and sarthaks ability will take a case which had only insaaniyath ya phir dil ka rishtha to support it

So they will turn towards godavari and expect her to fight

Obviously she has no knowledge uppar se the other side being sarthak Rane one who never failed in any case till date in his career

So goda will miserably fail at point when Anu is sure things are going beyond their hands and they are verge of loosing only she will break her silence and come in forefront

Beacuse I have no idea on what grounds of Indian law kallu will claim him

Law ke hisaab se jaaye kallu ka claim won't stand unless kalma ka divorce nahi approve huva he

Legally she can't claim him

Varna I don't know kiss basis pe Anu will manage to win the case and get judgement against malhars family and in favour of kallu

Yaa only possible if Malhar gives statement against himself and leave the claim over his son

Advocate usually practice under someone for a few years before being independent naa

I know that we can if we want directly take up the case without being anyone's junior

But maayi who stammers for everything and all winning the first case that to against an experienced lawyer like sarthak seems very lame

I mean dil ki acahayi and raabta and all alag baath he but professional excellence keliye experience does matter

I think the court case for fake Pillu who will turn out to be AnuSar's kid will for two things:

1) bring out the truth that Anu gave the law exam and studied using Goda's name so for both women the degree is of no use.

2) When all else will fail and there will be no other way to ensure Kalyani wins the case, Malhar will disclose the truth that Avni isn't his wife, bring proof of it and remarry Kalyani so that there's no need for them to have a custody battle/settlement and they can bring up their baby together... he probably won't do it as a planned thing, just out of desperation and because Sarthak will leave him no other way, and we know how far Mallu can go for his babe.

This will enrage obviously Avni even more and, as said by Gayu di, when the real Moksh is found, she'll try to pit him against his mom by telling him lies about Kalyani.

Then klayani and malhar does some legal works and plead for a re examination ya phir second chance for anu to write the exam again

Thoda legal action and then Anu allowed to write the examination again

Anu passing with high marks and proving her ability

so they will stretch this track I guess
