Precontext - Acp Malhar Rane was reared up by his uncle and aunt Sarthak Rane and Anupriya Rane who are a lawyer and a professor respectively .Malhar also had an ailing grandfather and an adorable dog Durgaprasad. Kalyani deshmukh lives in Aurangabad where only her younger cousin and her father had a soft corner for her. She has spent loveless childhood which has made her rough and acerbic . Malhar was supposed to get married to her elder sister Sampada but eventually got married to Her. The story revolves around two different person who falls in love eventually when they never expected that to b happened .

Everyone greeted Malhar and his parents and Aau sahib was super sweet in behaviour . Malhar touched the feet of all elders and they got busy in light conversations .Atul initiate his conversation and said - " Tum toh sabhi se pehle hi mil chuke ho ! In teen mahino mein hume bhule toh nhi ?" Malhar smiled -" Ofcourse not Atulmama , ab hum ek parivar hone ja rahe hai . Nal who was standing near malhar abruptly comments -" Par malhar dada ap toh kallu tai se mile hi nhi" Godavari too joined him -" Are han ap toh kalyani didi se mile hi nhi .Aausahib' s face was red with anger and she murmured -" yeh Nal aur Godavari apni ma ki tarah hi mandbuddhi hai " Then she acted as if its a normal affair and said-" Ha goda ! Jao bula ke lao apni kalyani tai ko....Before Godavari could go , Kalyani made an entry there . She was in a sky blue plain suit , full of soot and dirt , hair tied in a tight bun and her face was beaded with sweats .Everyone was embarassed and the Rane family was startled to see her in such a messy attire . Aausahib gritted her teeth -" Jan bujh k aise ayi hai ...taki inke samne humara nak kate " Goda ko bhi iska nam abhi lena tha. " Bulaya apne aausahib " .kalyani was unheeded with the presence of malhar . It was quite a new thing for him as generally he is noticed by ppl easily especially by girls surrounding him . Aparna came near to her and said in a very sweet tone -" Yeh kaisa huliya banake rakha hai beta ... aur woh peela lehenga kyun nhi pehena ... jo khas tere liye rakhe the... Kalyani rolled her eyes - "Beta"? She murmered in her mind -" Atya ne kya chini ki poori dabba kha liya hai ?" She gave a sarcastic smile -" Kabaddi khel rehi thi! Aur woh lehenga meine pukhar wali bhikari ko de di hai...You know na... i only wear branded clothes...And this she was imitating sampada . Atul took the charge and manage the situation , He said -" Are tu malhar se toh mili nhi ... malhar yeh ... yeh meri beti kalyani ... Madhuri ....She stopped his father to take her full name and looked straight into malhar eyes and repeates -" Mein Kalyani madhuri " madhuri meri ai ka nam hai . Everyone except Kalyani and Malhar could sense that the atomosphere has become very tensed and anupriya" s facial expression was changed totally. She composed herself and approached near to her. But in the meanwhile Malhar and kalyani was gazing at each other intensely . His dark brown orbs were deeply immersed in her doe shaped eyes . Malhar was feeling a unusual sensation in his body . No one , not even his elders had ever gazed at him , with so much intensity . Their eye lock broke with anupriya calling her - " Kalyani beta .. yeh lo sagai ki shagun ki meethai lo... Kalyani smiled but it was sarcastic , she immediately replied - " I hate sweets ... Mala meetha zamta nas tu " Anu smiled too , she touch her chin and said -" Tuza bilkul apna ai tas "Surat pe toh bilkul madhuri Ap pe gayi ho tum". Both malhar and anu could notice a tinkle of teardrop in her eyes and she turned to anu - She said -" Ap janti thi meri ayi ko " Anu replied -" Bara gehra rabta tha tumhari ma se" bhui nhi hu use" Kalyani looked on for sometime and took a kajukatri from the plate offered by Anu . She put the sweetmeat into her mouth and said -" I love kaju katri"Aausahib signalled Pallabi and pallavi came near to them and said -" Ap log chaliye , lamba safar karke ayi hai thak gaye honge" Kalyani gave pallavi the keys and said -" Uparwala guestroom saf kar diya hai .... She left the hall keeping everyone including Malhar a little amused by her behaviour .
The Rane" s settle themselves properly and was taken well care of . Malhar was standing near the balcony and requested for a hot water pot as he loves to drink a mug of coffee made by himself before going to sleep.
Sampada was pacing restlessly here and there and was waiting for his phone. He called finally after 10 mints . She picked it and blurted out -Malhar a chuka hai....kal sagai hai agar abi vi tum kuch intezam nhi ki ...toh me zeher kha lungi ... i am telling u Atharav ...and ise halke mein mat lo .. Atharav explains her the situation and assured her that he has made arrangements and they can execute their next plan . Sampada took out the letter and peeped out from the door.She saw parsha going upstairs to give the warm water to Malhar.She found it as a golden opportunity . She distracted Parsha and put the letter slyly, in the tray he was carrying .
'Parsha kaka'... kalyani called him . " Ap ko vivek mama bula rahe hai ...ap jayiye ...mein malhar ji ko coffee de dungi" parsha hand over the tray to kalyani and left .
" Ap ki garam pani" .she put the tray on the slab of the balcony .Malhar was wearing a white shirt with a white pant and kalyani was wearing a white kurta with a white skirt . Moonlight was falling on them and it waz somehow connecting their relation and their as well. There was a silence for a while and kalyani - malhar looked into each others eye deeply .
Precap- Sampada told Malhar that she loves Atharav . Kalyani put a weired condition to the deshmukhs
