13/04 Written Update

VA asks Neil where Yug is who refuses to talk despite the family's pressure. VA tries to talk some sense in to him by saying that Vrinda is now married and with Yug's actions he will only be maligning the family. Neil replies that Yug truly loves Vrinda and is at her in-laws. VA is furious. A servant arrives and informs VA that DB is waiting for him at the border.

In-Laws...

Raj worries about all the guests and wonders how he will arrange for the party. He decides to make chicken biryani and make up a story about cold drinks so they won't ask for that. Vrinda arrives and he tells her about his plan. Vrinda thinks to herself that he has such a childlike innocence and hands him some money that Parminder had given her at the biddhai. Raj takes it but says that he will return it to her as soon as he gets the money from the policy.

Outside...

Yug arrives at the street of Raj's house but doesn't know the number of the house. He sees a man [Raj] coming towards him and starts to ask about Vrinda but later changes his mind as he thinks to himself that he doesn't want anyone to point fingers at her. Yug decides to find Vrinda's house himself.

Raj's house...

Party going on with all the men eating. Bhaiyya talks about how he wants to start a new store and asks Raj to arrange for the money. Raj looks worried but nods. The friends asks to see Vrinda. Raj makes an excuse that she is not feeling well but they insist. Raj goes up, worrying about Vrinda. He goes in to their room and tells Vrinda that all her friends are still here but he'll just stay here for a while and go back saying that she is to sick to come down. He promises to send her some briyani once they leave.

Village...

VA goes to meet DB and asks why he was called here. DB says that they have honoured their enmity for many years but he has still come here to meet him and remind VA of his promise. He goes on to say that Yug is trying to ruin Vrinda's life and tells VA to stop him.

He reminds VA that he had loved Yug like a son and doesn't want to do something bad to him and malign those memories. DB looks sad as he says that for his pride he forcefully got Vrinda married and if Yug arrives at her in-laws then she will be miserable and he can't see her unhappiness anymore.

VA tells DB that he makes a promise that Vrinda's married life will not be ruined because of Yug.

DB replies that they may be enemies but VA has helped and so he folds his hands in front of him. VA does the same and both look sad.

Preview...

Vrinda runs on the street after Yug. She calls his name, he turns around and they both look at each other.

Dear God, somebody please lock DB and VA in a room until they come to their senses!! Story is going noooooowhere. Either Vrinda is going to fall in love with Raj or he's going to let go of her and she'll elope with Yug.
