Also, a post mortem is an investigation of a dead body, it is an autopsy that involves dissecting of body parts.

Ved also will only be trained in working out if someone is alive by checking their pulse etc, so if he touches the body it cannot be used as evidence because his prints will be over it, thats probably why he didnt check

But yes, a lot of things dont make sense, how Nanda managed to be the only one to know Palomi was dead and for once the only person suspicious was Uma who asked to see her body, how Ved did not take Aditya's words further and how Ved didnt atleast ask for them to complete the marriage.

Also, there are some medications which can stop heart rate, but I doubt this has been used, I think if Ved believes other officers have been around Nanda the whole time Palomi was apparently dead, he doesnt think to question it

Sidenote- Postpartum is the period after childbirth

Anyway, I hope this helps understand the show a little more :)

Hi mayawondrrful explanation dear thank u so much for clarifying and sharing with us. Maya is there medication to paralyze all the parts of body of a person even heart rate. I saw this same seq in YHM ishita was completely paralyzed even our heart rate stopped and she was declared dead than raman came and rescued her. I thought it was just fiction. I didn't believe such medicines exist

Hi Divyaa, yes its called SUX it paralyses all the muscles, including the muscles you use to breathe but it wont make you pass out, so you will die because you can't breathe but you will be awake.
But in YHM, Ishita would have died by the time Raman actually got to her

As long as I know, you are 100% correct.

It's an official document and it will be with police.

Massisa is keeping this report with her all along. Even Ved didn't question it's authenticity when he got it from Massisa. It could be tampered with her?
