Thank you so much for your wonderful analysis today.

Your comparison of actual poison with slow poison which Massisa feeding Uma in disguise of motherly love is truly awesome and no words can explain my gratitude for your analysis of such heart breaking episode.

Avinesh did such an awesome job and whole team executed the sequence very brilliantly.

As you mentioned, Uma had such deep trust and confidence on Massisa's motherly love.

It's heartbreaking to watch Uma's soul ripped apart by Massisa's greed.

Precap looks more heart wrenching but glad Uma himself don't want to stop marriage. It looks like he is back to sane world until Massisa gives him one more blow as per new promo.

Hey there Manasa
Thank you for reading and a lovely short comment...
Reliving that scene again and again in my head while writing is just unexplainable-thank you for keeping the letter short today.

We had discussed it numerous times that to what extent things would go wrong that Uma would realize the true face of Massi - it was his own life chocked out of him, it's not the poison that he had consumed that made him weak but the venomous words of Massi that pierced his soul and mind/heart.

Avinesh is absolute LOVE ❤️ I can't even begin to express my appreciation on his performance... he delivered a brilliant brilliant performance, a memorable one. The whole scene was done nicely, thankfully not brushed or hushed up, the little notes were well done... Kanak Massi Aditya were all good... Aditya's one liners, Massi cackling like a witch, Kanak pleading - that was all good.

Precap will be discussed after tonight's episode because I am like Uma Shankar in a trauma and I am literally holding my mobile like he held Massi's saree in shocked disbelief and then standing up trying to be strong, - as I am writing trying to be strong and moving on.

Am I the only one who watched 😲 - I am such a weirdo.

There were a lot of theories earlier about unrequited love when Massi used to console or use Palomi, it had seemed that there was some underlying grudge but it didn't turn that way - as you have said that all her actions are of a common thug, greed is the only underlying motive which drived her for years to be in that house. She walked in at the opportune moment when the sister was sick and kids too small to understand... she waited till Uma was 18 to get hold of property and money in his name, but by then her greed had spread more... greed is one of the deadly sins, it's an endless pit, it can never be filled, for there is always something else that would be wanted, another jewel in the armory or anything.

The story was messed up to be honest. There are a lot of loops and holes but it's the performance that carried all the weight... there was nothing extraordinary in that scene but still it's a beautiful scene because the emotional investment with Uma takes us all on the ride. He was a wanderer in the desert and his mirage of water broke, the relief of Shade he had spent his life on was just an illusion. He is back to being that lost wanderer.

God has truly gifted you with the talent to write. Your answer was so beautiful! Truly the actors outdid themselves! Massi sa's character took such pride in being the common thug! It's crushing to see anyone's dream shatter.
Do you think Massi sa is Massas real sister?
Honestly, if only Uma had given Massa half the attention he did Massi sa m we would have all been better off!

Emotions are playing in my mind, but I seriously don't know how to put those into words. Only I know how I posted LUs yesterday. My hands were almost shaking. It was one of the horrifying epi ever.

Yesterday's epi proved when the trust broke it hurts the most, it hurts in a way that physical pain gets fade in front of it. And that's why, he kept on eating the laddos, even after he felt uneasy. When masi slaped him, told him everything was 'bakwas' he still didn't believe her, and when she said finally, that she has done everything as Adi's mother not as his masi, he fell down, which proved how brutally his faith, his age old trust has shaken.

My heart cried for Kanak's helplessness. She was completely broken. She was at Masi's feet, begging for the antidote.

And Masi was enjoying that every moment...
sigh!! Really!! What a person can do for money,

Masi sees herself as God, she has everything now, whatever she has wanted. Her dream of getting more money is not very far, but what she doesn't know is, a human can't write her own faith, and that's why, Uma will stand up again, he will fight for his own right, he will fight for every humiliation, and good will wins over evil, & from that a new phase of KanUm's life will start.

P.s : Avi, Rhea, Sadiaji...everyone was brilliant. Their performance was nothing but sheer brilliance. Top notch...as you have said. Outstanding.

Great analysis blue!

The episode was 💔
It was such a combination of uma's broken trust, maasi's height of cruelty and kanak's helplessness that her plan backfired on her today! But the main factor was uma's break of trust on maasi as for that believe on maasi uma had made his identity as UmaShankar the utmost religious man & with the trust broken on maasi his faith in his dharam has been shaken too!

How pale he was looking when maasi said that she betrayed him..she also slapped him like "jiske thali ka khao usi ke thali mein ched " means the one who always stood by her she wasn't feeling anything about breaking his trust & how ruthlessly she was laughing and telling uma about her betrayal of years and how she was laughing! She is such a heartless woman !

And the way uma was reacting unable to believe it that he was being betrayed by her more than maa his maasi sa was just totally heart breaking to watch! Everyone's acting was top notch & avinesh specially!

Thank you for the brilliant analysis of the heart breaking episode..just loved your each word of it!

Ps. I'm telling this from yesterday actually..you don't need to say sorry as you haven't offended me at all & I'm apologizing if i have hurt you anyway...we all have different view and love to read it! Thanks for being understanding dear blue!
Friends right? 😳

Poor uma and helpless kanak.😭

Hey there Geeta
Thank you for reading and commenting.
Indeed it was a super episode, the nuances of acting Avinesh pulled were through the roof, and on top of that in such an intense scene Aditya was being a one liner sarcastic and Massi was enjoying every second of that torture, whereas Kanak was helpless and pleading and crying.

Hey there Asfia
Thank you for reading and a wonderful comment.

Ps first - yaar I thought you felt bad, so I apologized for at times words do get tough... that's the thing with words, while reading it's up to the reader to interpret. So let's bury the hatchet and get over the sorry game. I am cool you are cool - we all are cool...
Thank you for being an understanding sport.

It's interesting how you brought up Kanak's plan backfiring and everything went haywire - but now that I think about it, it's more like Shivji played his part, all this was his plan... the divine intervention, and everyone having their plans failing was because Shivji had a greater one in mind... to put and end to all plans. To reveal to Uma the truth, for it was only Uma who was being grounded from both sides. Kanak has her share of suffering but Uma walked a more treacherous path, sandwiched in between love and mother.

Hey there Nira
Thank you for reading and a wonderful comment.

Indeed the performance level was captivating and it's actually a feat to have done LU while watching. I had to take a while to just back to reality. My hands shivered while I typed later at night too, the images just kept playing in loop.

Just intense showdown was inevitable because even while he stood there gasping for breath, bleeding he refused to believe that Massi was evil, had all this not come out of her mouth he wouldn't have believed anyone or anything. Even the oldest of tress with the wildest of roots can be upturned by the storm, the storm which Shivji created for everyone to show their true colors. The tears that rolled down his face, the blood that was emitted was the years of betrayal being shed, the poison she had fed him over the years coming out and freeing his captive soul and mind/heart.

I think I need to stop now because I am unstoppable 😳

Awesome Analysis blue spot on I was totally depressed seeing the episode it took nearly one hour to come back that much Avi has outdid himself Top notch performance this is the same word I used to tweet him yday. Uma 's blind trust and faith on massisa made him to face this agnipariksha.Slowly he consumed poison one by one I loved the way u compared with slow poison which was given to him in the form of fake love care and affection. Uma was boasting about their pavitra rishta of mother and son relationship which he and Massisa shared all these years. Massisa was motherly figure for umashankar I can understand anyone in uma's place will react like this only. She was guru for him teaching dharam sanskars she wasm ain part of umashankar upbringing moulding him into a good human being good bhai. Kanak however tried to stop the discussion to take him to hospital but he was not ready to listen to her he wasso confident that massisa will not do such a sin to him even when he was bleeding that's called trust how much trust respect and blind love on massisa even in his deathbed he couldn't believe his beloved massisa poisoned him. It was an heart wrenching seq blue the entire cast was outstanding Avi expression was brilliant class one act the way he portrayed those melancholic expressions was commendable umashankar 's agony anguishness sorrowful eyes brought tears to our eyes. Massisa self confession about her misdeeds to him broke down into pieces he has not even imagine that massisa would betray him even in his wildest dreams that too for just money property lavish lifestyle all this turned her into an avaricious woman. For money she has killed one's heart soul trust faith belief love and even relationship. Uma still coudnt accept the reality in front of him he couldn't come out of the illusions which he was living with it for many years. He was devastated seeing different avathar of massisa her true face her true colours in front of him he was confused which one was original massisa the one who sacrificed her life for him or the one who mixed poison to kill him. Massisa clearly stated that Adithya mom gave him the poison and not his massisa so it was clear she was massa for Adithya and Massisa for uma so she didn't even loved or cared for uma. Uma was a golden goose for her who will make her to earn millions through his extraordinary talents of making medicines. Each revelation of massisa was a big blow to umashankar. His thirty years of belief trust wrong dharam preached by massisa for her convenience made him to shatter into pieces.

Massisa is ruthless sadist how she has made him a rigid dharmic personality for exploiting him faking him with motherly love. She has preached all wrong dharam and she was condemning him to make her to follow it. Uma yearns only for true love and affection towards him he never expected anything beyond that. He was ready to sacrifice his life for Massisa even at that crucial moments of his death he yearned for his massisa her affection her love and her care for him. He had lost everything in his life but he didn't bother about that he was more heartbroken that he has lost his massisa becos she was the only one he valued her more than anything in this world. Kanak was devastated too she wanted to save her suhag her life her love at any cost. Massisa made a business's deal to kanak to save uma kanak was helpless at the moment seeing umas sufferings so she gave up her challenge and surrended on feet of massisa to save her love. She handed over the formula file becos for her uma is valuable more than anything in this world. Even last moment Uma addressed her as Maa that shows how much devotion priceless love and respect for his massisa. Hats off to umashankar.

Hey there Divya
Thank you for reading and a wonderful elaborate comment. The detailing is much appreciated, that also when the episode is that hard.
Indeed it was a depressing episode the portrayal of Uma in such suffering, Avinesh's performance it was all TOP Notch- I didn't know that you tweet him... will keep a look out for your tweets now 😉

It's another perspective that he kept pushing Kanak back again and again, but for me it's justified that in anger one loses the mental balance that's why it's always important not to get angry beyond control. Uma was pushed over the edge by the unusual confrontation between Kanak and Massi. He tired of being grounded in between took matters in his own hands and ate all of the ladoos. Each Ladoo symbolic of Massi influence on him... Massi confesses her crimes, the way she betrayed all slap by slap, each slap denoting the attack she has placed on Uma, be it to sabotage his career or family or personality alll to her advantage. The way Uma threw up blood was him freeing his soul from Massi, vomiting all the poison she had fed his mind with all theses years.
Yet in that moment of weakness all he could think was of his mother-Massi and why did she betray him.

Apologies for late reply. I just saw that I hadn't replied to you.
