Kanak knows that uma always work hard to make medicine for his patients, so she never ask him but when she saw, masi is taking so much interest in it, she will keep an eye on her.

Kanak and uma surely get married, masi want everyone busy in marriage preparation so no one notice what she is upto.

Kanak may be registered the medicine without telling anyone or she will change the formula file. Masi will be present in the wedding or she will make a excuse of going to fulfill her mannat for uma or will go to yaatra , and flee. Or if she success to take formula and runaway, kanak take uma to bkk for honeymoon and show masi's real face.
