Hey there Ice
Thank you for reading and commenting.
You are one of the fiercest critic around the forums, and I appreciate that. I definitely agree that what Uma has done is unforgivable - there is no coming back from that But as they say what's done been done, past has been written and we can only change the present to effect the future.
Mistakes/crimes happen but it's the realization of the gravity of the situation which if a person realizes and truly repents and tries to make up to it then a person can get another chance towards working on a new perspective.
And reeelistically speaking - it's a creative mumbo jumbo, first they make ML a dummy and such extreme reactions and actions and when they can't get rid of it, they look for a mid way, the FL agrees and forgives easily because the ML is a victim himself. 😳
But I wouldn't agree with "Payal deserving for whatever happened to her, just because she is short sighted, weak and gullible she deserved to be sold off - because she didn't have a mind of her own - that's way too harsh a judgment... it's equally traumatic for her too.
Now that Payal and Kanak are being compared, would just like to add that Kanak is not to be pitied for she is an orphan, as that's what makes her strong, value love, she knows she has none to fall back on.
Whereas Payal had her parents yet she wasn't able to be strong for herself.. it's the circumstances that shape up a personality and that's why each individual is different.
