I just wanted to remind Uma whom Kanak fell for. He is the same Uma who stopped Maasi to slap Kanak, who praised Kanak for enlightening him about woman education and who didn't admit Palomi to touch him.Enough reasons to strengthen her feelings for him after coming back. Kanak purposely and assumed challenged him in order to to change his views. What is quit drinking tea when it's about a child's education?
He is the same Uma who himself jumped in fire to save her and assured she is back in her senses before taking back his rude mask.
In other words i tried to understand Kanak.
Meanwhile I totally agree with u that the moment of love realization was too dramatic. And jumping from fire to teddy bears, flowers and balloons- what a poetry! 😛 It would have been more natural to show Kanak intrigued by her feelings and trying to deny or controll them.
Now comes my positive view that you mentioned before and I say that maybe cvs will justify her romantic mood by the future track. I'll give them this credit. 😉

Awwiee Hindifan !! You're too cute ! Take that as a compliment. ⭐️

I wasn't oppossing Kanak too. I was oppossing her love for the present Uma. Anyway, you've tried looking at the positive side and thanks a lot for explaining it to me...❤️

But I still don't understand the point behind all this...😕😭 Atleast Uma should have asked for forgiveness to her, and she should have then realised her love. The old gentleman Uma ko dekhkar mera bhi dil pighal jaata...

Please don't be offended by views that contradict yours. You are completely right from where you are standing and hindifan where she is standing in perception and perspectives. In no story or reality is it ok for a woman to choose to be a humiliated martyr over a life of self respect. But I knew this would happen even everybody was sure that kanak would leave or there would be a leap because the drama cannot continue without kanak and uma being in the same place. More than ethics and morality, the CWs have to continue this serial. That's their prerogative above all. I don't think the story was rushed at all! In fact what sadist could take any more of this shit that we have had to put up with for the last two months. So much vile! I actually have to watch two other serials just to wash TSMSP down when before this drama was all I needed for a beautiful day.
Hindifan is correct. Kanak was already in love before she chose to come back to Ladno with Uma from Pushkar. And this love was earned by Uma. She just realized it now. And had Massa not told Kanak about Uma being beguiled by Massi sa , I think she would have left. Don't know what the CWs would have allowed but at least Kanak was getting frustrated and would have considered leaving. After Massa told Kanak , it stirred the sandhiya rathi genes in her. Kanak is on a mission. See and understand her as a (Cop) not an oppressed victim. Remember how she has to always advocate for others and fight for what is right. She is not one to give up. We have been shown that crazy side of her time and time again. Remember when she spoke so many times for Payal or suman or saras, jeopardizing everything for herself ! And like kanak said earlier, " jab may kisi say Pyar karthi hoo tho us kay liay kuch bhi kar sakthi hoo ". So why wouldn't she do something for the family she considers her own or the man she considers her husband and now realizes she loves!!??
There should be some punishment for Uma but we should not forget he is a victim who has been abused since he was a child. He has had to live this life of an orphan who lives on the alms of love that massi sa cunningly throws his way. However I hope Uma will make it up to Kanak for all this bull shit he has been putting her through!

I just realized how all this is one sad story of two orphans who have been deprived of love one way or the other ! I have a slow brain don't I friends? 😆

Hii Ice !! 😊

OMG no Ice, I'm not at all offended by anyone's point of views dear !! I'm ranting about Uma and Kanak. May be it seemed like getting offended but no way...you're all my friends and I value different opinions dear !!

Okay now coming back to your post, you just summed up Kanak. Thank you for trying to explain me ! ⭐️❤️

I still don't know why the CVs are doing this to us ?! 😭 Uma should have done some noticeable good thing to Kanak, with the same gentle smile on his face. I wouldn't mind if Kanak would have even kissed him on the spot after that. I just object the fact that Kanak is in love with 'Uma The Stone' and not 'Uma The Human.'

Anyways don't worry, I'm anyways going to watch the serial no matter whatever happens. Let's wait for the CVs to play the rest of the game.

I hindifan,

I understand what you are trying to say, but for Me Uma has become a turn-off. I agree that massi is the issue but we cannot keep hiding behind her saree.

Uma is a grown - educated man, who is able to think for himself , & come to rational decisions. .

Since the curtain man he has done neither. He is blaming his wife for all the evils in the world. This is the man that will not change his way of thinking , I am captain caveman, this is the man that was happy to give his beloved sister , into Modern slavery to a per***.. this is a man who when faced with her happiness decided to burn her out of his life & blamed his wife.

When the going got tough rather than talk things through , he became a brainless rock. - I am always right - women should be treated like animals & then has the nerve to disown Kanak.

He is meant to be a vachan man , which one of them has he fulfilled ?

I understand & agree love & hate are different sides to the same coin & when we hurt we take it out on our nearest & dearest, but come on this guy is something else.

I am very upset & disappointed in what they have done to both characters, & our wonderful show, with all this kitchen politics.

Sorry but this is my opinion

Yes @Parmeen !

I hate to admit to this gruesome fact Parmeen. Even though all these stupidities began like around 2 months ago, I was kind of okay with those, owing to the Masisa and the Maasa and the Uma bringing up issues.

My favourite serial has taken weird twists and turns. It's still different in it's own way. But for now, has lost it's initial charm, Kanak and Uma aka KanUm. I'm not asking for those lovey dovey scenes and all, because it's practically not possible to show the same stuff in a revamped way in all the episodes. I'm unhappy with the way these two leading and pivotal characters have been brutally butchered.

HATS OFF CVs !! You've frustrated a person who hasn't preferred to revolt even against the Bal Brahmachari Track...👏

I only hope that things turn out to be better in the future of the story !

I hated Uma when Kanak was being thrown out, however after Uma stopped Aditya and Payal from sharing room, kanak said irrespective of what all Massi tried to fill Umas brains with, his respect for women couldn't be manipulated. She acknowledged Uma's respect for women. I guess she knows Uma can be redeemed, so she doesn't stop from acknowledging her love. She had controlled her love, now she is opening up to save her relationship as Uma can be redeemed.

Hii Savith P !! 😊

Yes, Kanak is very good at heart and is a positive soul too. I understand that. At the same time, we cannot deny the fact that her self-respect and self-identity is being challenged each and every time. This is not what she wished for.

Arrey yaar Uma, why you soo stupid right now ? Just ask for forgiveness to Kanak. What's such a big deal about it ? You've done wrong to her not just once but numerous times. Asking for forgiveness just once will all do it. Atleast I will forgive you. I will also agree with Kanak's feelings for you then.

I'll also stop pissing people on this forum, with my off the expectations posts...😆😆

I strongly agree with you...@VIVI
.but I wouldn't be surprised that, now..kanak is in love, when uma is so angry. Your are so rite..how could some one would even fall in love when reciprocation of any such kind of feeling between them is absolutely zero.

TO YOUR POINT.. MY VIEW IS...kanak has been a kind of a girl who did things what she felt was rite.she lives in her own world..sees the world through her own thought and follow her own agenda for the day. it really didn't matter for her..what uma was going through...both times when he was in good terms and now that, he is angry ...she just follows her own voice. In many terms..she completely disconnected with uma to even fall for him.

well, i also agree with others..that we can't find logic in such stories..but my point is..when we read cinderella. It does make complete sense to me.

This just my view..PLZ.

Yes Savith !! I already see Kanak invisibly kicking not many, but two of the main villains...Masisa and Wicked Vicky already witnessing a roller coaster in the Jannat...😆😆

Thank you, Diamnod! I love when we all share our opinions, it's normal to have more or less different point of views, different questions and perceptions. Sharing them helps us to enrich our experience and thinking. I think this is the reason that makes our forum interesting.
Dear, I still hope that he will ask forgiveness some day, but i'm not sure if I'll ever understand how comes Kanak lost all the rights of a wife, excepting to share the bedroom and the bathroom with him 😆😆😆

I totally agree with what you've said @Hindifan !! I love ya all and this wonderful forum solely for this reason...👏😊

Your question is so true. The Masisa Ki Jannat might definitely be having a guest room...atleast our one Akeli Jaan Kanak could fit in easily in what ever little space. But no. Here also, Uma as well as the CVs playing game with us...well what's up with Uma and his mind, especially regarding Kanak ? 😉😆

Vivid, Uma is what he is because of maasisa. She has totally brainwashed him from childhood. She has also reared him and his siblings. He is grateful to her and will not see her as a villain. One can't blame him totally as Kanak has been the one to deceive him in the past. Despite himself, he still loves Kanak. Let us not forget their camaraderie and closeness before bal brahmachari came along. They were on the path of becoming diya aur baati. He feels hurt now because he thinks Kanak wants to leave him. His anger is his armor against Kanak. He still keeps her close, in his room which is quite unnecessary if she means so little to him. The fire scene was abrupt, badly shot and did not have a proper closure. It was still a near death experience for Kanak and her discovery of love at that point is justified. They are not focusing on them as a couple though which is annoying. I am tired of maasi and Aditya.
