Sandhya-Kanak & Sooraj-Uma Shankar

While watching DABH I never wanted Sandhya to give up the marriage

I always wanted to fight back and the sole reason was Sooraj and the trust & respect he had for Sandhya

Even Sandhya had easy way out to move on, pursue her dreams, no compromise or challenges

But when it comes to Kanak I don't want her to stay in the marriage

I feel like this is worthless, eventhough Uma is really nice human

When Bhabho was talking about love and protection Kanak will get from Uma she won't get from anywhere else.

Then I understand why I don't want Kanak as I never believe in love without trust and respect.

Uma might love Kanak but he won't respect her for what she is whereas Sooraj respected Sandhya for what she was.

That love worthy of every single sacrifice but this live doesn't

I am merely going to watch for Kanum once it turns into dirty kitchen politics will stop

Yes only for Kanum but that too if Uma behaves like a true strong man he is and not Masisa's puppet and wrongs Kanak all the time...If that comes than that's it I will bid farewell to this show..
It is high time that Uma starts respecting Kanak and appreciate her for who she is...Only than Kanak will accomplish even 5% of she had decided leaving Pushkar..Actually Mina chachi made a good point today that if Kanak is changing so much for him and his family..He should change a bit too..But felt like that request fell on deaf ears on Dhutrashtra ( as per Bhabho )...

TM you are so right . The reason I supported Sooraj and sandhy's marriage was the fact that no matter what Bhabo or anyone else did or say. Sooraj respected his wife and never forced himself on her. Didn't even beg for romance, his rights, or respect from her. There was no love from Sandhiya in the beginning, and when he knew that, he tried to get her to break the marriage and move on with her life.

When you love someone...your have to make sure they are happy with or without you. We saw that in Sooraj. Again, does anyone remember when Sandy tried to sacrifice her self-respect and dreams and sleep with Sooraj even without love him? He knew even with her sexy moves, she still doesn't love him...Instead of waiting for her to "stop the act herself or be burned alive on bed", he stopped her himself and spoke words into her.

My problem with Uma is that he still doesn't respect Kanak as a woman...only as a wife. If Kanak didn't stop herself the night, he would have killed her ( he actually said it so many times) He was testing her purity and self-respect.

He is forcing himself on her...every single minute i see him act or talk.

Thats how different these two marriages are.

No comparison in the two marriage s... sandhya- Suraj... respect,love,trust, understanding, support ..
where as in kanak-uma ..only the blind belief of uma on shiv ji
