I checked online about Teej. Sorry I am South Indian so not sure about Teej. There are Different types of fasting. In some , you can have fruits and some you can't even have water like karvachauth. It also depends on family. How strict they are. Teej looks like 24 hour fast which is very hard to keep and I think you can have Prasad. If they put jalebis before god, may be they are allowed to have little bites.
