One big similarity between Uma and Kanak

They both do things what they believe is right and they take extreme steps to do it

Sometimes don't care about facts and consequences

Two more things that are similar to both of them:

I agree...they both will go to great extents to do what they feel is right...but I think Uma has the upper hand in planning the steps he wants to take...where as Kanak is more spontaneous...some times even rash.

Like Kanak once said, Uma will go running to help any person who needs attention and will go to any extent. Kanak, to gain bhabo's love, or any other person for instance, will do extremes as well. Their quality of love towards others is what is one major similarity between them

They both miss their parents and love them most ... Kanak both... Uma miss his father

2. They believe in god equally well. It's just that Uma knows a lot about mythology and religion

If they start to find similarities in them, then they can sort their differences out. But the truth is they don't talk accept when arguing or are really in need😕

It may sound weird to you all. But I think Uma shares impulsiveness with Kanak. Only difference is he controls his emotions always. When something happens suddenly I don't think he will also think too much. For example when Kanak refuses to marry him, he didn't give much thought and did big mistake.
If he gave himself some time to think, I don't think he would have done that.

Same way when Payal told him about Kanak , he thrashed the table. Kanak also broke the mirror when Uma made Payal Shiv's mum.

They both can be very patient and try to put their full efforts to achieve their goal.
For both of them , their emotions over rule their reasoning when they want something that's near to their heart.
