Will police make an arrest without enquiry and facts?

As per my knowledge please correct me if wrong

Not supporting Uma here...

Just try to analyze facts..

When someone files a complaint, the police will first summon the person and starts the enquiry

If the party confesses or enough proofs are gathered the arrest would be made

Then the party will be taken to court..

So my assumption that a case being filed against Uma, police enquired Uma, Uma accepted as he won't lie and arrest is made

I would like to see a valid scenario rather than fictional content and mislead audiences

Well as per TSMSP, looks like it is only 1 day since the teej. And for a fictional show, CVs just won't show all of that. They will take it for granted.

Or you know, they can just show police asking Uma if he forced his wife to get married to him, and Uma might not lie. Then, since, it is a show viewers are expected to understand the rest on their own.

I too hope they showcase this track in a proper way.
