She's victim before she know Uma keep KMB's paper
After that, she was steal KMB's paper & came back to deceived Uma for the same thing. When we said Uma's wrong then we can say the same to Kanak, in real life people can go to jail bcz of this too

to be frank..i dont care if kanak did wrong in lying..because i dont feel that much sympathy for.uma after marrying her forcefully..so what she lied abt getting back to house..she thought he is the villain who stole.babhoos shop..and becz of that bhabhoos life was in danger..so if see through kanaks pov..i would say she gave a tit for tat..still nothing compared yo what sge experienced by forced marriage..just running away frm umas house that day wouldnt have mended her.life forever..so what he did to her in his ignornace was way beyond anything she did back..i dnt thunk kanak is innocent..she is the kind of girl who does what it takes to attain justice..going back to umas house was her way of justice for uma taking shop by fraud...this is my pov..

Kanak is trying to get back her family legally owned property that US and/or his family obtained by fraud. There is no comparative btwn what Kanak has done n US' crime. Kanak has legit claim to the shop. US has no authority to kidnap n marry any girl against her Will. Lying vs criminal acts.

A thief is one who steals not one who asks for papers and gets it handed to her.

Her crime is manipulation and that too not on a vulnerable elderly person that can be manipulated, but a young man who's capable of doing things for himself and is very aware.

Unfortunately the law does not arrest for manipulation especially if the person gave away their possession by choice. He wasnt threatened nor forced...Kanak asked, he said okay.

Legally theres no crime at all...it's a losing case and that arrest wouldn't stick whatsoever.

What you think of Kanak for this manipulation and deception, thats a different matter and upto you. If you think its a crime then its fair to do so. It's not a clear matter.

I think it was unnecessary to plot and plan and she should have talked to US but also I can understand...living with a man for 2 days doesnt mwan you know him or trust him or have a good opinion. Kanak wasn't acting rationally cos the forced marriage really put him in bad light and why should she trust a man who forced her, to be fair about property papers.

Kanak is human, neither all nor all bad. Even Uma is not all bad but his regressive ideals and beliefs does overshadow the goodness in his heart.

Also forced marriage can not be equated to manipulation and deception...one is more horrifying (forcefully picked up biting and scratching and crying) while the other was just giving away one propery and that too with consent.

Consent makes all the difference...No is no, no matter what.

Uma had a choice, Kanak did not.

Most importantly Kanak never committed any fraud to get it back neither did she commit a crime from a legal stand.

She genuinely cant be arrested.

Wasn't the consent for his wife ... Not any random gal.. now he will give to her as he has further determined to make it work.

She indeed fled with papers and got them checked by Arvind .. but legally she didn't stand a chance as everything was proper atleast registry wise...
I am also sure bhabhin2ont sell it even for zillions of rupees. And we will get to know what adi did...

I resist forced marriage too, that's againts human right, even in the real life in many countries in the world still there're peoples forced little girls to married them, we couldn't bear to imagine what will happen to woman or those little girls who have to deal with that situation ... Maybe this's the reason why Maker put this humanity problem in this show, to make us aware something like this still happen among us

So, even though i can understand Uma's reason, i agree Uma has to punished for what he did

About kanak, I know her reason too and its really good when we standing in Kanak's side ... But when we talk about law, stole people's property is not criminal? Manipulate people to take their property is not criminal too?

When we said she want get her family property back, she can do it with legally way, bcz Uma take over the property legally too

When we said Uma agree & say yes to take over what Kanak want, it bcz he didnt know Kanak motives, he think she stayed bcz of him
