I remember Uma seeing Payal and Ved together . Ved was outside her house and helping her with her dupatta. And Uma got angry. Payal came and touched his feet.

Well, they didn't show Payal's mom remembering Kanak, so I doubt they will show Ved and Uma recognizing each other. CVs ko bhabasa wali bimari lag gayi hain.

Before the Bhojeshumata Mata test, Uma for once forgot the name of the shop, so it too would be logical if he doesn't remember Ved. After all he met Ved for five minutes or so, that too short meeting and a long time ago.
