Payal might have tried to dig a hole for Kanak and fell in it herself. Hope Masisa keep Payal away from the rest of ritual as she did to Kanak. No bias behaviour.

For sure, let me translate it.

Scene III

[Uma's house]

[Ladnun]

Kanak and Uma are sitting together drawing and painting they are supposed to send for the Radha-Krishan (God [Krishan] and his lover [Radha] in the Hindu religion supposedly Krishan had given radha a blessing that her name would always be taken before his; if I'm right. Sorry, I'm not Hindu so my facts might be wrong, please correct me though I love the Hindu religion and so keep reading about it xD ) jhulan (Which I think is some sort of a festival)

Kanak keeps her elbow on the frame to support herself.

Uma to Kanak: "Don't keep your elbow here, it takes up a lot of space."

Kanak to Uma [in an annoyed tone]: "Is it really that necessary for you to point out my mistakes, and have a problem with everything that I do?"

Uma looks at her in a "did-she-just-lose- her patience?" way.

Kanak soon realises her mistake and corrects herself.

Kanak to Uma: "Noo!, No.. I did not lose my patience, not at all." "You should not only point out at things I'm wrong it but do so with rights. You have all the right to order me around, after all, you have more experience than me."

Then Kanak thinks to herself, what is this that she was doing, she can't mess with him today, today she's giving her patience test. and after all, she herself decided that today she would only focus on the good side of Uma, and forget every bad thing he has ever done. It is the only way she can conquer this test, by getting along with him.

Kanak shrugs, as if she's already tired, being with Uma and not loosing her cool is becoming a very energy draining task for her.

Kanak To Uma: " I wanted to ask you something, people in Ladnun respect you so much, so much so that if you stand in an election here you'll win in a jiffy, don't you ever feel arrogant about this power, aren't you proud of yourself?"

Uma To Kanak: "This isn't a talent of mine that I would feel proud or arrogant over. This is the reward that Lord Shivji has blessed me with for following my dharm. And feeling proud over a blessing that has been given by God, is to disrespect God."

Kanak To Uma: "But still, you must feel proud sometimes, even just for a second?"

Uma To Kanak: "Yes... there is something, that makes me feel proud."

Kanak To Uma: "Really? Tell!"

Uma To Kanak: "When people tell me that my wife is the most beautiful woman they've ever seen, I feel proud."

BG music plays. And Kanak and Uma share a moment, Kanak seems speechless, as if she wants to blush but won't because the person in front of her is Uma.

Finally breaking the silence, Kanak says to Uma: "Um... I'll decorate Radha, and you can do the same for Krishan... we'll be able to complete it faster this way."

They try to take their hands' separate ways, but their hands have been stuck together due to the homemade glue (lol). They try to separate themselves and then Uma says, "I think Radha-Krishan want us to be together."

Kanak looks away in disappointment, she probably thinks something like "there he goes again, reading in between the lines, it's just a coincidence."

Uma to Kanak: "Fine, I'll pull my hand towards me and you hold your hand firmly, okay?" Kanak nods.

And with that, all the glue on their hands, by a jerk ends up on Kanak's face.

Losing her cool, Kanak almost yells at Uma, "What did you d"

But she soon realises that now is not the time to be fighting, as Uma's expression almost changed to an are-you-really-losing-your cool?

Kanak to Uma: "No no, whatever you did, was very good, you helped us separate our glued hands, just wait I'll come back after washing my face."

By now Uma is thoroughly enjoying himself, no matter what he does today, Kanak can't get back at him and he's taking full advantage.

Before she leaves he asks her: "Listen come back fast, we still have a lot to do" to which Kanak has to smile and nod in agreement.

Translator's note: This devil Uma. He's having the time of his life today. Haha!

Hey, thank you @ziah for this translation!

After reading it the KanUm scene made sense and i loughed a lot about Kanak lack of patience.

Excepting this one and the dream's scene -which @blue rightly named it scene of the day- this episode seemed to be of filler. Or rather a distracting one, the silent before the storm.

We have to admit that watching this episode we all were looking for hints about when and how the madness will start.

Ziah, thaanks alot for your translation & always waiting for your full written update :) ... Yeah, he looks happy that day :D ... There's positive point in their conversation, Uma didnt use his power & influence for his own benefit, he can more powerful with his position in the village if he want :)

@mirade_007 - your welcome! I believe Uma did use this power once, when he forcefully married her but he conveniently forgets that. I want Kanak or someone to point it out to him that when Kanak messed up your dharm you made her repent, now, you should yourself too for the adharn you did. :)

About forcibly marriage, i don't know how can it be forgiven.

Maybe if he does something important for her, they fall in love and he asks her to marry him again and forget the past.

Wow... how i love this idea of marrying again... CVs pl listen...

Just saw in one interview where kanak says she is going to Pushkar or any other village...

May be even after returning documents bhabho dont accept her... does some other drama... n then upset kanak goes to some other place... n uma follows her as parchai.. shadow.. tries to convince her...by this time he is also aware that Kanak did so much for Bhabho.. but she is being rejected by her.. n then he decides to play cupid between both of them.. in process kanak falls for Uma...n they become diya n bati...

@Ziah ~ What i mean is about election in goverment position, he didnt want it ... For my suspicion, it can be another clue, that he doesn't interest for any position in goverment & law, it probably related with his untrust to the law & goverment officials ...

Maybe in the future Kanak will changes Uma's mind, that law is good & he can do his Dharm by being a good Goverment official like her mother ... Kanak asked him this question bcz maybe she can see Uma's potential, like Sandhya can see Suraj's talent

About their marriage, i agree with you, whatever his reason is, its wrong ...

I just wonder what will happen after next 4 days ... Bhabho will know the truth, its means all family know including Ved. He & Vansh must be do something to rescue their sister ...
