@Rani -- hey there 🤗

It's a wonderful comment a logical and sensible approach to the whole scenario.
Rightly said that one can't have the cake and eat it too. One needs to let go of something to achieve something. But we as audiences have a lot more to see than Kanak.
I am not siding of defending Kanak. But imagine being in Kanak's shoes, what does she know about US, what has she seen other than a tyrant. A real daku who usurp other people's land and stuff. An alien from another planet who got Payal married to a picture. Does she have an insight into US, his actions or anything.
On the same note being in US' shoes, he is clueless about everything. Why the revenge or why his wife is bat shit crazy. He also cannot forcefully marry and have a happily ever after without any hurdles trials and error.
Both of them are in the wrong. They both need to understand the situation they are in and find a solution to at least be civil with each other. If Kanak is not understanding then US is also not trying enough. And when US makes her understand Kanak refuses to let him inside her mind. They both are amazingly against each other in their own ways.

To bring a drastic change, be it in the system, society, thinking, or way of living, one has to make friendly and sincere efforts . One has to understand the root cause of an issue to resolve it, reform it.

Revenge and stupid pranks will take Kanak nowhere. You can change a person with friendly manipulations, not by declaring a war against them. Here Kanak has to make genuine efforts and be more sincere because we want her to change Uma and family mentality and not the other way around. No one will change because of her mere presence and wishes.

Hi Blue🤗back😊

That's exactly what I was trying to say, they both deserve what's coming their way and unless they both make an effort to make things better between themselves, nothing will change about either one of them. There is movie dialog, If you change nothing, nothing will change.

What doesn't make sense to me is why is Kanak making all these efforts to make Uma bend his dharm if she only cares about the papers and leave once she has them. I wouldn't say because unknowingly her heart is in the marriage, but only to satisfy her ego that she won.

At least, Uma is trying to change her (for good or bad) because he wants a future with her. She doesn't even want a future with him, but wants to change/bend him in 20 days and then leave? Outright idiotic.

If you think about it, what will she win even if she wins these stupid challenges? That Uma and family will leave the way of dharm and become like her? Start eating onions? Stop waking up at 4am? Payal's freedom? What? Absolutely nothing.

If she won't be there to see it through that people understand the real meaning of dharm and not follow it blindly and rigidly then why even take the initiative? They sure won't reform in 17 days then what? She will leave them as they were right?

If I was there just to get papers, I would have taken the signed papers when Uma offered and left. They will think of her the same way when she leaves in 20 days as they would have back then. Her staying 20 extra days won't change her image after she fleas with the papers.

I agree about Kanak being an idiot. I don't think really has an agenda beyond serving her time and punishing Daku Singh.

What I don't understand is why US is not sitting her down and confronting her. Why isn't he getting to the root of the matter being the mature wise one? Today he saw her note and said her head is twisted... when someone is messing with your halwa, your clothes, etc. - Why not sit that person down and ask them Y? Kanak - are you like this always or have I done something to upset you?

He already knows that she is angry at him for the forced marriage as she has told him herself. He doesn't think he was wrong about Bholenath's sanket as he is blind follower of dharm and being true to his character. That is where Kanak is supposed to enter, to break his blind faith.

He is playing his part of an conservative blind dham follower (as this is his character) perfectly, but she is not doing her job right to make him see the true meaning of dharm and not just follow it blindly. If that's what she is doing then she is doing a very shitty job.

Peacock epi are the epi where he is flaunting his body...

Well normally I would say: god have given me eyes and I put them to use...but this doesn't apply for palomi cause her mind is set on the guy...she tries to woo her way back in US "trust "...

@Rani...I agree kanak has become greedy...and whatever she is suffering...she can stuff it...she should have taking the parent insult and walked out...

And I do question her upbringing now...

@Rani You are so SHIV! 🤣 Peacock as in strutting... showing his feathers to attract😛

===

I think US needs to dig deeper into why she hates his guts given that she agreed to give their marriage a chance 😆 So far he knows nothing of her likes and dislikes... She told him she went to Hostel. He could have asked what she studied. Neutral question. Show her love instead of threatening her with it.
