Precap is jhatka from US...but, he will get some volts back from Kanak.

For her he remains villain and his hole got deeper with Kanak learning Payal*s plight. She is terrified of introducing him to her family. Uma has not gain her confidence at all.

definitely a mistake in editing, US said something...if they wanted to..they shd have cut the whole thing...

US is trying to put some sense in K as per him, trying to explain to K what wud happen if Payal looses herself into the desires of the youth...my guess...
