9/06 The ride of life!!

Hey there all the lovely people!!
I got caught up in stuff. So here is a short insight towards the episode.


It might seem a silly simple episode, but there is more to that meets the eye.
US is a man with little needs, he is the icon of minimalism on tv right now. A guy who uses self powered cycle, conserves water, doesn't use much electrical items.. he is perfect representative for the climate change.

Ride of life is like a two wheel cycle, it needs effort, strength and balance. US and Kanak had a literal ride today, Kanak is visibly uncomfortable by the proximity, of her placement in front of him, in his arms, in his life. They are doing fine, until Kanak's attention is diverted towards her goal of the day, pait pooja-- chaat pakore shop. The moment her attention is diverted, she plots her escape from US.. she tires to unbalance the cycle and together they have a great fall. Kanak is on top of him, this is her little victory, that in their equation she is at the top for the moment. They try to get up, but slip, and the positions change, US is on top -- this is the dynamics of their relationship, they both are going to create situations where one is winning, but that moment can be turned, by one little slip and anyone of them can be at the top again. Thing noticeable here is that although US might evidently have an upper hand, the ending say in everything, Kanak is going to slip away, her little escape would make his victory a little more sweet or bitter. However he might win, Kanak would have a hand in it, her revolt would live. Hence as US said, they both went to the mandir, yet they got different prasad-- it's their individual priorities that would shape up their life.

Another things prevalent here is the hypocrisy of the society, US and Kanak fall in the middle of the market, but nobody bats an eye, nobody stops. But when amid the festival Kanak fell in US' arms it was a dharm sankat, everyone had something to say... their questions made US take the instant marriage proposal.. but it doesn't matter today. The char log theory is used only when drama is to be created.

My interpretation about kanak is correct that she is a fool ...just like her meena chachi...she does things against law n always gets caught...

- Paristhithi aur Par Stree😉😆 - Marriage requires mutual balance. It is not a sole act. Kanak destablished him literally (on the bike) and figuratively. Figuratively she is not accepting Uma cuz the Paristhithi is Anukul... Eenglish mein bole toh - the circumstances (bhabho ki dukaan) are against him! US himself is trying to maintain balance in their life but, won't succeed till she cooperates. Symbolism from the word error may indicate that Kanak will misunderstand about Uma and his Par Stree (Palomi) in the future. Once more it will be up to Uma to clear her doubts as the halaat won't be favorable. He has to build trust which given his past deeds will be difficult.

- Maasi is stickler for house rules. Her rakshaashi line in the precap cracked me up. All the siblings felt bad for their bhabhi even Suman came around to trying to convince Maasiji about early lunch. Shiv is of course the best and most worried about his Kanak bhabhisa.

- Finally the brothers have reunited behind their Behna. Now they need to make efforts to find her.

- Bhabho remains Bitter! Nothing new.

- Glad Uma does not tattle on Geeta though he catches her Prasad of green chutney.

- Kuch BHI - Where did the Dupatta and Rice come from? 😕

^There is a Kanak Rakshas in the house along with Raavan.😆 Maasi's line was funny! Last 2 episodes have been hilarious. Kanak eating pakoras was amusing as well. She calls him daaku Singh now, almost like a pet nane for Raavan. Is she slowly already thawing?

I don't know why but Ved reminds me soo much of Sooraj. I wasn't dabh S1 avid watcher, but did grasp a few important pointers on n off. But Ved gives me sooraj vibes. The way he stood for Kanak was commendable, yet in his force he remained in his maryada while talking to Bhabho. He knows he has to take a stand for Kanak but not disrespect Bhabho at the same time.

US was amazing on the bike. Actually Kanak and US compliment each other so well that I am often at a dilemma whom to watch. 😆 -- my dharm sankat

Yes it was absolutely unfair to deny Kanak food, she went to each n everyone -- thankfully except Palomi. Everyone was helpless to help Kanak. Yet they did try to convince Massi of early lunch.
Kanak is no bechari, she would walk out and find without onion pakore next time. She won't be stopped.

Apologies yaar, I was caught up on work. I disnt even see the episode on repeat as of yet. I wrote this by memory of what happened today. That's why a lot of things and key words are missing.

-- absolutely spot on. The whole things couldn't have been explained better. US might be an expert rider, he might know how to balance, but unless and until Kanak puts in her part, their life cycle won't get on track. Kanak threw him off balance in a moment. It's the surprise element of her character, wherever she spots her goal/mission, she is going o ditch US and go for the thing she wants be it shop or pakore.
Palomi track would definitely be utilized one day, right now Kanak doesn't even look at her, Palomi doesn't exist for Kanak. Kanak is mingling with saras and shiv, Massi too. But no Palomi anywhere. The day Palomi comes within her eyesight, US would be under fire.

-- Massi was unjust to refuse food on first day itself. Onion demon is the first time I have heard 😆
US siblings and Payal are trying to help Kanak but Kanak is too busy to even notice them. She is taking care of herself, but she might need help someday.

-- loved Ved scene today. He was straight to the point, defended Kanak yet remained humble in front of Bhabho. Yup the bros are back together for their little sister.

-- Bhabho is too interested in Kanak that she hates her soo much. She lives to hate.

-- the rice and duppata are really too much, first I thought it was Kanak's then realized that ye tou free prop urr k aya hai hawa k sath--- seriously Kuch bhi.
