Today no lecture straight to the episode.
Everything one does is objectionable either one does it the right way or the wrong. It's a typical scenario where the expectations are on a weird caliber, if Kanak wasn't talking she was stubborn and egotistic now she is trying to mingle (be it for her own interest) yet it ruffles the feathers of everyone in the house.
Massi maa seems a bit agitated, when Suman who is just like her says we know you are worried about Kanak.. to which massi maa says even weather takes time to change, and is unable to accept sudden change in Kanak. Saras the calm one says it's a good thing the couple is growing to understand each other, massi shouldn't worry her head off. Payal puts her two cents, that no matter in which situation a girl marries, she accepts her fate sooner or later, she clarifies later that she meant it for Kanak. ---- this line broke my heart. That's exactly how she feels, married to a portrait and brought to this house, she accepted her fate as it is. And this is the real story of millions of women out there, their marriages are built on compromise and they accept their fate and few come out of it victorious bring actual change in themselves and those around them.
Kanak and Uma Shankar had a damn good scene today... the silent nervousness, the hesitation in Kanak whether to touch or not to touch. US asks her not to be uncomfortable and he can do it himself. She says you won't be able to reach - my mind ran a mile and figured does it mean he can't reach over his broad chest to his other arm 😆
She touches him and he closes his eyes and kanak too... this feeling of yes we touched was evident today... her fingers laced in ointment over his bare shoulder was a thing he could relish in. Kanak is having almost same feeling but her eyes open and land on the dangling key, out goes the tension and she is desperate to get the key. He teases her that she put a lot more lep than was required, she shushes him to be quiet. He is a bit surprised, and she explains that there is a mosquito. They have an amazing and sweet moment going on when she claps her hand on the key and holds it.
Enter massi maa without knocking --- breaking their moment -- although both of them were on two different state of mind, standing together yet miles away. She says she will come back later, US says no Kanak says, yes later. They both have different reactions to the same situation. Though Kanak manages to says it's a mosquito. Massi maa doesn't leave an opportunity to embarrass them, she says they both will have 5 days to themselves, it's time enough to put and remove lep... is she saying that after shudhi karan pooja rest of the time is supposed to be their honeymooon???? US takes his shirt and leaves and key slips out of kanak's hand.
Kanak is waiting for US, massi maa assures her that US is never late. Even the clock changes it's pattern for US. She gives her a saree to give it to someone needy. Kanak gives that saree to Palomi, saying that it can't be given to sister n bhabhi but you can take it. All hell breaks loose, suman is ready to burst at Kanak at a seconds notice. She says Palomi is not needy, had she not ... her sentence is cut short by massi maa who asks her to calm down and know her place while talking to Bhabhi. Massi maa explains that Palomi is a Sharanarthi ( one who lives in US' sharan, the house takes care of them and they are not needy anymore) --- finally a mystery solved that who the heck is Palomi - a person who has outlived her place and stay in that house. Suman is an ill mannered girl, who despite being stopped on various occasions, has to speak ill. She says Palomi will go with them or she won't go either. Kanak adds let Palomi go - then says I meant let her come with us. --- Kanak is unintentionally hurting Palomi, because Palomi in her heart broken bubble is playing the victim. Although Kanak is not hurting her, she feels hurt.
US returns and says that they will leave in 30 minutes. He asks Kanak to come and take ashirwad from Maa.. she nods and thinks now she has 30 minutes to get the key before leaving. Maa saa is the first person Kanak meets with her genuine heart, without any underlying self interest. She touches her feet and says I will pray for your speedy recovery, and tear rolls off her eyes.. maybe she was reminded of her bhabho. US sees her and looks impressed.
On other hand in Pushkar, Ved and Vansh explain bhabho's situation to Bhabasa. They ask him for a solution. Bhabasa replies that she is stubborn and due to this they have grown apart. He had tried his share to make her understand but she is adamant. Ved and Vansh suggest him that selling the shop might help Bhabho. Bhabasa agrees and says just tell her after doing the deed, let her live a few more days. Ved and vansh along with meenakshi are having a detective moment, locating and retrieving the shop papers.
The whole brother sister trio are after the same papers but in different places and are searching for it. At the moment none of them have it nor an idea how to get them.
Precap-- it was a disturbing watching Palomi hack through the curtains in which Kanak and US are entangled in. Massi maa asks others to stop her but Palomi has evidently lost her mind. US is shocked to see Palomi like that, but Kanak thanks her. Massi maa asks how did they get entangled, Kanak has a smug face -- did she get the key off him??
P.S-- Palomi is going with them and she has lost control, is it feasible to have such negative energies around Kanak and US on their 5 day trip. And no the place of destination hasn't been revealed yet
