Shah Rukh Khan is a regular at making donations to Nanavati hospital. He has a special reason to do it as both of his parents breathed their last in the hospital. The last time he donated, it was fifty lakhs and it helped open a new section for children in the hospital. Shah Rukh said, "I do not like to talk about charity but Nanavati people were very sweet that they put my mother's name for the cancer aid for children. It gets embarrassing when I talk about it but my dream is to open a fully advanced hospital."

Recently, she auctioned two bottles of her perfume S2( S Squared) for charity. The two bottles fetched a whopping 20,888,70 rupees. The prize money that she won in British reality television show Big Brother also went for charity.
The hottest vegan in B-town John Abraham is also an ardent supporter of PETA. John's mother is a social worker so he is seen extending his support for many charity functions. John made a record of gathering five lakh rupees in five minutes at an animal activist event.
