Besides acting, Rohit Roy is passionate about cricket. Not only does Rohit follow the matches closely, but he also loves playing the game.

These days, Roy is restless over an issue he thinks needs to be taken seriously. He fervently opposes the decision to exclude former captain Sourav Ganguly from the Indian cricket team, and wants Dada back on the field.

"Rahul Dravid was always a standing captain, so I don't know why was there so much hue and cry when Ganguly was brought back in his place. I am a huge fan of Rahul; he's performed well under pressure. But as far as leading the team is concerned, I don't think anyone can replace Ganguly," maintains Rohit.

'Give him a chance'

The actor is also peeved that everyone has slammed the doors on Sourav's face without giving him a fair chance.

"I don't know about the internal politics. I know that the lobby that supported him doesn't exist any more. But as a common cricket watcher, I have the right to know why he's being denied a fair chance."

Rohit questions how others like Sachin, Sehwag, and Yuvraj can stay in the team even after dismal performances.

"I think the fact that Sachin got booed was bad, but we want him to perform. I don't know why Rahul isn't speaking out in Sourav's defence."

Charity match

Roy recalled playing a charity match with Ganguly once. "He's a very reserved person. But as a leader, there's no one who can match his skills.

I think all these things being written and said about him must be making him lose his self-belief. If the board wants him to pack up, at least give him a respectful farewell. It's sad to see the way he's being treated."

When asked if he has anything to say to Dada, Rohit said, "I want him to never stop believing in himself and keep the faith. We want him back in the team for good."

It was really nice. The cutest part was Prerna taking balaayein of Rishabh. Nice stuff for a change in kzk!

That Balaayein part is really cute. I hv watched the vid 5-6 times already. there's something very warm and likable about the whole thing. Especially the beginning part when Prerna is walking with the red colour plate and then she looks at RB dancing and keeps staring at him.

Ronit was best in the part when he catches prerna, after everybody fails to put colour on her. His expressions "No escape from me now" were so cute n naughty. Also liked his expressions on the line "dil to jawan hai".

Great chemistry.

Oh yeahh Tulip!! I am so glad that you finally got to watch that vid. It's such a gem, isnt it?! For some time, I just could not beleive that Ekta was actually showing such wonderful stuff on KZK- I thought I was dreaming. But when I heard my maid (who was watching it with me) squirm in her laughter, I was like-"Woah! They actually ARE showing such grand stuff!!"

I agree- the balaayein thingy is real cute and the whole dance sequence really exudes so much of warmth and so much of 'apnapan' between the both of them...awww. Now dont ask me how many times I've watched the video- I have seriously lost count..;)))

I loved the way Ronit looks at Shweta when he corners her for putting the color on her- the way he bites his lips together, the way he just closes in on her ever so smugly and surely- it was just a treat to watch him. Even Shweta complemented him really well and they both just set it all on fire!

And yeahhhh, the way Prerna stopped mid-way while carrying that tray of colour and just kept looking at Rishabh,there were so many feelings in that - I just cant seem to single out one thing which was most prominent other than boundless love...**sigh**

and the BESTest part of the dance was the finale when Rishabh pulled Prerna into his arms and she held him across his chest as well. "Baahon mein bhar ke mujhe, zara jhanka de paijaniya"
They just rocked all the way. and the way they were dancing together in the last few lines, it was IMPOSSIBLE to differentiate between the reel and the real them!

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreat chemistry Ronit and Shweta! carry on the party!

I cant understand shweta tiwari's attitude. The song REQUIRED ronit to put a lot of color on shweta. It is a song situation requiring a lot of josh, masti and naughtiness. So, now after watching this, I am convinced he was totally RIGHT in putting a lot of colour on her (if that news from mid-day is true). It was need of situation.

Tiwari needs to get a life, seriously. I think she has started imagining herself as Prerna and ronit as Rishabh in real life as well. She needs to be told that he isn't RISHABH BAJAJ in real, he is ronit roy. She should leave him alone mann.
