SRK, Julia Roberts set to meet Superstar Shah Rukh Khan is expected to deliver a lecture at the Belinale Talent Campus at the Berlin Film Festival in February. And the actor, who will be lecturing on the Bollywood and filmmaking in general, is expected to have some esteemed international actors in his audience.
International movie stars including Scarlett Johansson, Penelope Cruz and Natalie Portman will attend the Berlin Film Festival next month. But those aren't the only ones. "From what we hear SRK will have award winning actors Ben Kingsley and Julia Roberts at the festival and at his lecture too! Martin Scorsese and the Rolling Stones are going to be there at the opening night as well," says our source. Madonna, Patti Smith and several hip-hop stars from Asia and Africa are also expected. The Berlinale Talent Campus brings together aspiring talents and experienced film professionals for a six-day program that touches on essential issues of filmmaking such as story development, cinematographic styles, production models and new markets. Over 350 professionals from various sectors of filmmaking are invited to Berlin each year to reflect on their ideas about films in lectures, ateliers and panel discussions, and to work on their projects in specialized hands-on workshops. Former experts include Park Chan-wook, Frances McDormand, Stephen Frears, Dennis Hopper, Jia Zhangke, Walter Murch, Anthony Minghella, Charlotte Rampling, Walter Salles, Ridley Scott, Raoul Peck, Tom Tykwer and Wim Wenders. | |
