Jai had been already thinking of taking them too hospital. all 4 of them seemed to have gone through an extremely rough ordeal, especially raj, he was scratched ,bruised and his trousers were soaked with blood.
His face had become a bloody mess, raj seemed to have difficulty in standing
And may be the moving truck was making him even dizzier
Aalekh who had abandoned his wheel chair at station was hobbling towards him and saying
Raj sir ko un logon ne bbahut marra hai
He is not fine
Take us to hospital as early as possible
Jai didn't need telling twise .he had already asked the driver to take them there
He was advancing towards raj whose eyes seemed to be rolling up,
He was losing his consiousness,
Naina was slapping him, tring to make him stay conscious bt he has closed his eyes
A particularly wild jolt, as the truck moved over a speed breaker would have definitely made raj fall down if jai and naina wouldn't have caught him just in time.
He had blacked out
Naina was taking a clean towel out of his luggage bag
Blood from his head had not yet stopped, she pressed it hard against his head
Raj was lying with his head in amin's lap and jai was tieing another cloth tightly aaround his leg where the wound had definitely gone worse. the rain was getting worser and worser . they could hear it hammering against the tarpaulin sheets of the truck,
They had reached the city hospital,
Jai ran inside and returned within minutes with a stretcher and two wardboys
they took raj inside
He asked naina to go with him
While he gets the medical aid for the rest of them
Amin was supporting a cut lip and aba's right arm and leg seemed to be badly bruised
Aalekh was wincing everytime he moved his left arm, his stiches had opened over his bullet wound and he too was scratched and bruised. When jai had seen his wound in the truck ,he had kept another cloth pressed over it to stop more lose of blood

When he made sure that all four off them were well attended, he called huda and ud to tell them what has happened here
They were alone at the headquarters, he asked them to vacate the basement of the place and make it livable 4 the 4 of them
He told that they will be shifting them there at night around abt 200 hrs and huda should make sure that no one was keeping an eye over them and if they found anyone that person should be well attended to
Jai reckoned that somehow lala had come to know abt raj and aalekh and he wont leave them, so their best chance was at military base of delhi which was the most unlikely place to be searched.
And then he went to raj's ward .naina was talking to the doctor
Raj's wounds have been cleaned and there was bandage over his leg and his forehead
Bt he was still unconscious
Naina seemed to be quite steady
He joined her
The doc was saying==
Brig inke leg ki wound has gone far from worse
Agar aise hi chalta raha to he might even never be able to use his leg again
What he needs is complete bed rest ,at least 4 a month
And his headinjury is not a small one
He has been attacked by by sumfink sharp
Best is that he remains here 4   atleast 15 days
Jai== no doc that's not possible .his life is in danger .u know who he is, will u tell the government abt him. Its important they don't know abt him
They still reckon that he is a …(he takes a quick glance at naina, who was resolutely not letting panick cum over her face)….he is a …well traitor
Doc==nahin mera immaan mujhe iski ijaazat na dega. Mein jaanta hun sab ise gadar samjhte hain
Lekin raj ji gadar kaise ho sakte hain

His leg ,kisi bhi tarhan ka strain inki leg ko hameshan ke liye khrab kar sakta hai, he must not go
Jai==doc mujhe aap par faith hai, tabhi to mein inko yahan laya huun ,bt he must go tonight ,they must go to that safer place, varna he'll be……
Doc lala knows raj is back here he won't leave him
He will kill his own damm son

It had been a preety tense night
They had too shift raj and others from the hospital to a safer place,
Well actually to the military base basement
Which was full of junk and was never used.
Huda and ud had cleaned a small part at the back of it
Set 4 beds there
And one currently supported an unconscious person
Who was having his pulse checked by a doctor,,, dr shalini
Naina and ud were standing besides his bed
And huda was offering tea and biscuits to aba and amin
and brig jai was making aalekh lie comfortably on his bunk bed……
dr shalini has completed her examination
and she said
he is alright, they all r fine
naina==mam when will, …………..yeh hosh mein kab aayenge
shalini== naina he seems to be very tired,, no doubt abt that,, he won't come around uptil tomorrow I think
and then all of them looked at jai to ask the question they so badly wanted answered
jai put a hand over aba's shoulder and said
aba yeh sab kyun.,, kya hua tha aapke saath, lala ko aapke vapas aane k baare mein kaise pata chala??
Aba put down his cup
They could see a lone tear trickling down his cheeks and then he said=
Koi bagi ho gaya
Humare yahan aane k bare mein kisi ne lala ko khabar de di thi.
Ishq ka koi insaan bagi ho gaya tha
(then he looked sideways at raj and took a deep sigh)
Un zalimon ne kya haalat kar di hai iski
Aaj agar yeh na hota to hum sab kabke allah k dawar pahunch chuke hote
Allah aisa kyun kar rahe hain samajh nahhin pa raha hun
Pata nahin kyun imtihaan le rahe hain vo is nek bacheche ka
(he broke down ,, he was finding it too hard too continue)

Bt the story had to be told
Aba looked over to aalekh and gestured him to continue

Unhone aate vaqt dekha k kuch 6-7 log kisi ko compartments mein dhund rahe the
Raj sir vapas aaye aur unhone hum sabko compartment se nikal kar pehle compartment

Amin bahut dari hui thi, raj sir ne unse kaha k aaj kuch bhi ho jaye vo India zaroor aayenge
Unhone bag se pistols nikali aur hum sab ko dedin
And then we waited , the train was starting to move
It looked they have missed us bt then the compartment door slided and they came
In ,there were a total of 6 of them , they started manhandling us
We got three of them
Bt we wanted aba and amin out of the harms way
It had not to be so
Un mein se ek ne amin k saath batmizi ki aur apni pistol se unko shoot karne ki dhamaki di
Is vaqt tak train chalne lagi thi,
Mere aur sir k paas koi alternative nahin tha, surrender karne k illava
Phir unhone kaha k vo hum sab ko vahin mar denge
Aur jab vo yeh baat lala ko batayenge to lala unhe inaam dega
Us vaqt maine raj sir ki aankhon mein nafrat ki ajjeeb hi aag dekhi
He was looking almost frightening
Unhone raj sir ko marna shuru kardiya
Raj sir ne bilkul retaliate nahin kiya
Mein aisa hote huye kaise dekh sakta tha meine unmein se ek ko pakda and I tried to fight bt …………(he broke off,, he remembered fairly well why was he not much help to raj ther ,, his stiches had opened and he was not able to use his limbs properly)

He collected himself and went on
"raj sir berth ki rim se takraye ,usi se unko sir par yeh chot lagi thi, humne laga he has been knocked out bt he was pretending ,he reacted suddenly and overpowered the bloke pionting gun at amin
And he shooted them all
Then me and aba threw them out of thee compartment down in satluj,lucky our compartment was empty
And strange that the train didn't came to a halt when the driver heard the firing ,,afterall hum pehle compartment mein the,neither did any one noticed ,6 bodies falling in lake

When aalekh finished telling them this ,
The room went quiet,only sound of raj's shallow breathing could be heard
They all looked towards him
jai raised filling particularly empty,
He motioned huda to come with him ,, they were going to contact ishq people and he was determined to find out that stinking prat who betrayed rajHe looked once again at raj. Raj , naveen had been so good .They were batchmates, jai wasn't liked by many and was subjected to ridicule because of his glasses and torn uniform, jai had been an orphan,, bt raj and navin always helped him and it was raj who made him take money and buy his requirements . he thought angrily ,'both of them never deserved what they got'…………….
Then he and huda departed

It was early morning,,, naina was in the basement with 4 of them accompanied by ud
They were talking
Raj was coming around ,he was feeling his everybody part ache ,he could hear sounds bt they were making no sense whatsoever., he just wanted to lie there 4ever and ever
Naina=pata nahin inhe hosh kab aayega
Ud==vaise sir kitne zyaada brave hain nahin
Aalekh==haan nautanki bilkul sahi
Ud==don't call me that
Aalekh==nau---tan—ki
Achacha tune kaha tha neelu aayegi kahan hai teri late latif behna!!!
Ud—have patience bro.aajayegi tere sapno ki rani

Rajs memory was on fast forward……the train….armed men……India……naina….and
He snapped his eyes open
He was lying on a bunk bed staring at a dark ceiling, there were noises coming from above
And then
Ud==sir sir aap theek hai
Naina== sir aap
Raj tried to sit up but it seemed to be difficult ,he was helped by ud and naina
Then he had to endure a wild jadu ki jhappi from ud
Who seemed to be very happy
And who was positively jumping with exitement
Naina was sitting beside him ,smiling looking in his eyes
And then b4 he could ask abt wher were they?? came neelu
Who bend down to kiss him on cheek (he found his face burning) and gave him a rose
Then she said ,'welcome back sir'
He grinned at the sight of naina's face and ….well at the welcome he received
Neelu then dropped a parcel over ud's head saying,"teri gf ne diya hai" and then she walked over to aalekh and hugged him

Ud was examinig the contents of the parcel with a look of complete disbelive on his face
They aall chortled when they saw him showing them a silver chain having words my sweet heart dangling from it..
Ud==is she mad??
Aalekh==are nautanki dhyaan se soch ,ho sakta hai tune hi usko kaha ho k tere ko kutte k galle ka patta chaiye
Ud==bro if u told huda abt this then I'll …..I'll …..i'll
Raj==what u'll stutter at him,,, common he won' , I promise u that(he said the last line giving alekh a warning look bcoz he seemed very much interested in breaking the news that ud got a dogs chain as a valentine present)
