it's important to worship your body. clean complexion is an obsession with me. i have dry skin, so i need to use lots of moisturiser. i use a honey face pack once a month and go for a facial twice a week. i also go for a massage twice a week. it's important to oil your hair and leave for half an hour before you condition it. i follow this regularly. last, but not least, i eat lots of green vegetables, specially the leafy ones. personal hygiene is my first priority. tips: 1. regular workouts are a must. 2. drink lots of water. 3. good sleep is important, atleast 8 hrs. 4. spend on quality beauty products. 5. eat healthy meals, with lots of leafy vegetables. 6. maintain a disciplined lifestyle. bombaytimes @timesgroup.com
