Do you know of any terrorist who killed 100's and then tried to bandage the wounds of the survivor... veri unrealistic scenario I think......most terrorists i think share the coffins with the victims...

and lets say an evil doer turns around... we do pardon - remember the guy who wrote ramayana... those things are embedded in our culture and hence in our nature....we talk of preservation and forgivance not destructive reprisals....😊 isi liye garv se kaho hum hindu hai...ka ?😆.

Dont tell me we lack the ability of distinguishing real criminals from non-criminals....we do better than americans whose world revolves around circumstantial evidence SD is innocent even if he possessed weapons..

circumstantial evidence😆 the man possesed weapons, the case has been going on for 14 years, do you know how much of evidence gets misplaced during that time? Do you know how many witnesses get rich and leave the shores

there is some evidence which cannot be negated as circumstantial evidence, in this case people so much who have carried items without knowledge of what it had in it, were convicted.

Think of this as a possibility,
when was the last time
Congress
BJP
Shivsena
CPI-M
JD
all agreed on the same thing?

😆😆 Read the telebuzz article where a union minister is going to fight against this😆😆

As Glenn Beck says if all politico's agree, it HAS to be wrong, b'cos that never happens😆

I am sorry I am not one of those who will support someone just b'cos they had a role in a movie promoting Gandhi's principles😉

I prefer keeping on screen life image of a person seperate from their real life, unlike many😆

BTW Valmiki comparision can be done with a person who killed and looted someone for living, SD did this just for fun(and come-on dont tell me Sanjay Dutt or any of the Dutt's had any threat on their lives, look who is their protectorate)

Will you have the greatness of heart to forgive a Valmiki if he was looting and killing people just for pleasure instead of need? Purano ki theory pheknese pahle socha karo yaar😆

Beats me. 😕

Same here, Maya. I am really baffled. Sorry there was a mistake in my post I meant he's not killed a single fly. Being in a hurry I typed "called" instead of "Killed".

Sanjay Dutt and his family were being threatened so he acquired those weapons for his own security/defence. He has not killed anyone. OK he'd got them illegally so he'd already 16 months in jail for that.

Look at Salman Khan. How come he's roaming freely without any remorse?

I strongly believe that this punishment is pretty harsh. Tis much harsher than what the ordinary person like me or you would have got if caught in the similar situation. All his friends who were convicted in the same case escaped with lighter sentences. In fact one of them has been let off completely coz of age factor.

how do you know that? Ak-56 for defense😆😆, how about hand grenades😆 watching too many commando movies I guess😉

I wonder if you would have felt the same anguish about Sanjay Dutt or any of his compatriots, if one of your loved one's were in the location of the blasts or caught in the riots.

How do you know that threat to his family was not grave enough? Whatever weapons he kept in his house were meant for him and only him? He did not let them use his house as a warehouse. If you think that he did then I strongly believe that twas unintentional.

I am myself a Mumbaiite. One of my dearest uncles had his office in the same area at Nariman Point where the blasts occured. Anything could have happened.

I think that it is so messed up that sanjay is gettin 6 yrs jail for carrying weapons involved in the bomb blast! it's so unfair. the judiciary system is &%@#ed up.. tats wat it is. how can u give someone tat much jail time when all he did was hold the weapons. at least he didnt shoot anyone with the weapons!!! isnt tat enough to prove he's innocent!? I MEAN HELLO!! he already spent 16 months in jail shouldnt that be enough? I just think 6 yrs is to harsh and they should lower to maybe a year or so! tat's more than enough! and for those of u that actually think it's fair...how wud u like it if u were put in that position? and dont give me the crap about "oh, i wud never do such a thing." he's a celebrity and thats y they're makin it even harsher! for god's sake look at the conditions tat he has to spend in jail! it's worse than the average criminal! and he's not a criminal...come to US and he prolly wudnt even get jail time! forgive me but in this case the judiciary system is PATHETIC!

In fact the strongest rumor was his house was used as a staging ground for the weaponary, so you were around with your guess, but anyway I dont do guessing games, so no idea what was true or not, all I know for certainty the guy was caught red handed with weapons used in war, you only use those for self defense in Rambo movies😆 you use pistols for self defense😆, do you know how one gets automatic's in India? they are illegal and you cant get them in a open market, you have to go to the Mafia to get them😆, so common sense tells you he had mafia connections😉

read my earlier posts, it is highly unlikely his family was in any kind of danger😉

I am myself a Mumbaiite.

good so you know where people were safe and where they were not😉

You see I am not much of a debater. I do not know how to rebut point by point. I am here to express my anguish at such a harsher sentence given to Sanjay Dutt. You think that I sound irrational?

I am not here to indulge in guessing games. In one of the interviews Sanjay Dutt had himself said that he kept those weapons coz his family used to get life threatening calls. He acquired them illegally from Mafia, OK for that he had already spent enough time in jail. Sanjay Dutt said that he attended the Yalgaar Party @Dubai thrown by the producers of the film, where he met or saw lot of ppl from the Mafia. So how come the Feroz Khan the producer of that Movie was never booked or convicted for Mafia connections. Why? So common sense tells us that tis nothing but double Standards?

Did I ever say what you were saying did not make sense? I respect your viewpoint and like you I too can imagine the pain and anguish of those who lost their loved ones in those blasts.
