Part 4:
Prem saw what had just happened. Trying very hard not laugh he helped Kripa up.
Kripa: "Bhai did u see what this duffer did! I am going to kill him I swear"
With that said she lunged at him. But Prem held her back.
"No Kripa! You will get hurt!"
Kripa: "Hurt! This is the second time he pushed him on the floor!! I am already hurt. And on top of that he is not even apologizing!"
Prem: "It's okay Kripa"
Kripa: "No its not!!" and she left the room, went upstairs to her room.
Angad just stared at her leave. Boy does she have problems he thought. He shook his head and enjoyed the rest of the party.
Once inside her room she locked the door and changed into shorts and a T shirt. She wasn't planning to go back downstairs.
Kripa: "No one humiliates Kripa Sharma like that! Once is fine but twice! He is a goner! I'll make him apologize!"
A couple of hours later all the guests had left. Everyone was cleaning up. Anjali, Mukti, and Naina went upstairs to Kripa's room with some food. Kripa had gone up without eating dinner.
Naina knocks on the door and says: "Kripa beta open the door. You need to eat something. You can not sleep with an empty stomach. Please Kripa, I apologize on Angad's behalf"
Kripa groaned. She hated when parents apologized for their kids behavior. Reluctantly she opened the door.
Anjali: "Thank God you opened the door."
Mukti: "Now eat!"
When Kripa saw the food, she realized how hungry she was. She quickly invited them in, sat down on her bed, and ate like a pig.
Kripa with her food in her mouth: "Wow the food is awesome"
Mukti: "I know! I ate twice"
Anjali giggled. "Well of course. You are eating for two aren't you."
Mukti grinned.
Naina: "So Kripa beta how are you?"
Kripa: "I am fine aunty. I am sorry about airport scene earlier. I should have hello but I left"
Naina: "Its okay, I know that Angad can be a pain"
A big pain in the ***, Kripa thought.
Then Prem knocked on the door. "Kripa, Ved won't go to sleep. He is asking for you to read a story."
Kripa: "What? Ved is still awake?"
Prem: "Yeah, and Ved told Rahul about your story telling business so now Rahul won't sleep either"
Kripa grinned. She loved kids. "Okay bhai. Tell them I'll be there as soon as I finish eating."
Prem said okay and left. Kripa quickly finished her food and thanked Anjali, Mukti, and Naina before she left to go to the kids room.
"Hi Ved!" Kripa said and to Rahul she said. "Hi, I am Kripa."
"Hi, I am Rahul."
Kripa: "So what story do you want to hear today?"
Ved and Rahul: "The Three Little Pigs"
Kripa: "Okay, let's start…Once upon a time…"
She told the story. Then she tucked in Ved and Rahul, kissed them good night and went to her room to go to sleep
A few hours later Kripa woke up. She was thirsty and so she went downstairs to get a drink.
Angad was snoring away downstairs. When Kripa saw that Angad was sleeping on the couch she got an idea. She went to the kitchen got whip cream and a jar full of honey and went to Angad. She put whip cream on Angads hands and honey on his face and hair. She giggled. She went back into kitchen to get some cereal…. and then she dumped some on his head. Boy was he going to be surprised when he wakes up Kripa thought.
She quietly put the things back in the kitchen, got her drink, and went back upstairs to sleep.
Kripa woke up with with a deafening screaming coming from downstairs. "What the…" Then she remembered what she did to Angad. She smiled, got up, took her camera, and went downstairs.
Everyone was downstairs staring at Angad in disbelief of what they saw. Angad's face was covering with whip cream and cereal adorned his black hair.
Wow, kripa thought, this is even better than I imagined.
She quietly took pictures of him not realizing that Angad saw her.
"What are you doing!!???!!" Angad screamed.
Kripa taken back stammered: "I..uh….I…"
Ved and Rahul giggling say "Taking pictures of you"
Everyone turned around to look at Kripa.
Kavya: "Kriiippaaaaa…did you do this?"
Kripa widened her eyes. She couldn't lie…not to her brother. She slowly nodded her head.
Naina, Dilip, and Karan started to laugh.
Dilip: "Wow! brilliant! No one has ever gotten Angad like this."
Karan: "Great prank"
Kripa was shocked. She thought she would get yelled at. But Angad's own parents and brother were laughing at him. She dared to smile. Angad saw that and got mad. "Why are you smiling? Why did you do this?"
Kripa: "Are you kidding me? You duffer…I did this because you still didn't apologize for yesterday!"
Angad: "You did this because I didn't apologize! Are you mad!?"
Kripa folded her arms across her chest: "This is what you get for not apologizing."
Angad: "You just wait..you…"
