She's right. The real 'nepotism' privilege depends on the position of the parent(s) and the connections they have. Filmindustries in general are quite hierarchic structures. That SRK as a quasi outsider gained such a prominent 'superclass' position makes him the target of a loooot of jealousy.
Google says kriti is 174cm and Shahid is 173cm but it does not look like it in the song Jab Talak where kriti is visibly shorter than Shahid....
