I knew it . The day I heard she got abdominal surgery, I knew there is more . This is sad 😞 and all those unnecessary trolling for past few months 😞

There's been so much of speculation surrounding her absence..wild theories..crazy curiosity about her whereabouts..news about William's cheating 

And then it turns out that she has cancer 

A difficult time indeed. Both Kate and Charles have cancer.

Hope she recovers soon... atleast this will put all the conspiracy theories to rest.

What sort of cancer requires abdominal surgery? 

I’m thinking her doctors discovered a growth in an area of her abdomen and the surgery was the remove it. Cancer discovery happened after the surgery when they tested the growth.  

The surgery could have been in any number of areas. Ovaries (I hope not, ovarian cancer doesn’t have good prognosis), uterus, cervix, stomach, intestines, bladder, kidney, liver, bladder … I’m sure I missed some.  

The video says she’s doing preventive chemotherapy now so I’m guessing they did get the cancer out but there’s serious worry of it coming back, hence the preventative chemo.  

Desu can shed more lights on the last part for us.
