Which period is this "entire decade"? from a) 2010 to 2018 or from b) 2008 to 2018 or only from c) 2015 to 2018?

because BOI tells for

2008/2009 =  Blockbuster + Flop and for 2010 - 2014 = Hit + Hit + Hit + Hit + Blockbuster + Super Hit  and for the rest (after the 2015 alleged 'India intolerance remark') = Semi Hit + Flop + Semi Hit + Semi Hit + Flop + Disaster

4 years isn't a decade...

2012 to 2022. I don’t remember any of his films to be memorable, barring Chennai express.

I’m glad he’s bounced back in 2023

Okay, I see...but he didn't release a movie for four years, so this time didn't flop.

His films only flopped (if one perceives a Semi Hit as flop) during the four years after the boycott campaigns against him started (from Dilwale on)...

Ranbir, during the same four-years-period (2015-2018) had (according to BOI) = Flop + Disaster + Flop + Hit + Disaster + Super Blockbuster

Hrithik (four year period 2016- 2019) = Disaster + Below average + Hit + Blockbuster

But all this says nothing about their acting quality (neither about the variety of their roles), I think.

Let’s see if he can sell half of those tickets without a big brand director since we are talking about his acting prowess.

Was Vanga really considered a 'big brand' director? smiley4
