i voted for Priyanka in aitraz coz i haven't seen any other movies u mentioned but i think urmila in kaun was the best in negative role according to me

Also, Sridevi had grey shade in Judai. If she had played SRK's role in Darr, she would have known as a first actress to do first negative character in BW before Kajol.

I liked Priyanka in Aitraaz, Kareena in Fida, Sridevi in Laadla.

Rest of the movies in the list - I have yet to watch, although I am already spoiled for Gupt and Ponniyin Selvan.

Agreed. 

But in Ishiqiya, she has grey shade I think. 

Madhuri in Pukaar (shades of grey), she aced this character like a queen, as usual.

Madhuri needs to be in the list instead of Karishma's mediocre filmi performance in that utterly horrible late release MJS.

Urmila in Kaun, no contest! 

Then, Aish in Khaaki are the memorable ones for me. 

Urmila kaun and Kajol gupt peroformances should not be counted in the negative league, to be fair with other actresses.

Reason being both played (seemingly) positive roles in 95℅ of these two films, its just in the last ten minutes of the movie where they portrayed their real character, only hardly 5% of the total screentime of these movies, and that SHOCK FACTOR and twist in the end needs to be credited to the writers of these films, more than anyone else.
