I'm surprised no one has asked about Tabu yet. The reason I didn't include her on this list is because she's had so many wonderful negative roles that I couldn't even figure out which one to include. I decided she had an unfair advantage and it would be better to have a poll on her negative performances alone because she's played enough for various options.

Andhadhun, Bhool Bhulaiyya 2, Fitoor, Haider, Maqbool, etc.

Tabu had negative shades in Jeet also

Priyanka in Aitraaz was good too but just seemed like she was horny. I am surprised Kareena does not have any good negative roles, she seems like she’d be good at it

Aishwarya hardly made an impact in Khakee. It was a half-baked role.
All she did was giggle, bat her eyes, and look good with Akshay.

Directors don't really utilize her well, with the exception of Ritupharno Ghosh and Ashtoush Gowariker.

She was above average in Guzaarish and adequate in Guru.

But her career was very inconsistent to say the least.

Urmila in Kaun. Hands down.

From the list, again, Urmila in PTKK. (Haven't watched Aaina).

I also loved Sridevi in Laadla. She was such a powerhouse.

I don't think there's anything wowistic about her performance in Gupt. It was basic cookie-cutter, starry-eyed girl until that twist in the end. It's not her performance per se, but that final twist that was the bomb in the movie. Kajol took all the glory away from Om Puri who had the best characterization in the movie. Criminally underrated.

Kangu in real life.

No one can do what Urmila achieved in PTKK...Also Bhoot & Kaun.

Tabu in Maqbool is phenomenal too.

I watched only 2 movies of her- Jab we met and 3 idiots, liked her in those movies. She looked gorgeous in Ashoka songs, That's about it. I like her in general but have not watched her other movies.
