I reckon during the lockdown, they mixed up the OTT and cinematic awards since there were not many theatrical releases. The OTT awards are separate now.

She bagged an award for We Are Family after Jab We Met, but yeah, Filmfare kinda missed the memo on most of her stellar performances.
