as usual geet's parents spoil her mood so left house giving them money from her earnings 

geet become nervous knowing she is going to stay for 5 days with maan's family

Excellent update… awesomely written 

at least Geet realised that Maan did not put those clothes there

well dinner was a silent affair

great that Maan realised that his secretary put those clothes there

of cos Maan arranged everything for Geet

finally Geet reaches her home

as expected her dad was angry with her

liked her mom's concern

dismayed with her dad's attitude

glad that her mom tried to mediate

angry that her dad taunted her

feeling for Geet

pleased that she ignored what her dad said

not surptised that her mom spoke about her marriage

but Geet was disinterested 

this was the correct time for Geet to reveal about her marriage

Geet's outburst was anticipated

good that she left

Geet was amazed that she would be staying at Maan's family place for 5 days

Fascinating Update 

Though Geet felt embarrassed , I actually admire Maan

for just forgetting the entire incident not once did he make 

feel bad in anyway .

Geet at her parents home and just many parents 

they dislike her doing this tv series and then not getting married .

so Geet will join Maan for 5 days

Part 16

G- Sure. Why not. Oh, by the way…do you know for how long we will stay there?

Assistant - I have been asked to book return tickets for xx date. So, for 5 days

G- So long!

Geet is taken aback for a moment.

Sachi mein ... this man ... he kept saying nothing to worry nothing to worry.

And she also like a fool started believing nothing to worry.

She is going for 5 days to ‘ancestral' house of this extremely rich guy.

 How can she not prepare anything!!!!

Assistant – Madam, would you be buying clothes for your travel, or you have something else on your mind?

G- So you know who all is there in Sir's …I mean your Sir's family.

Assistant - I have a fair idea. Yes

Geet thinks hard ki sirf bachon ke liye kuch lena chahiye

G- Let's go to jewelry shop and then we can shop for clothes.

Meanwhile she messages Maan and asks him ki kya kya Pooja/ rituals celebration hote hain uske yahan...

He gives a functionary reply ki xx festival ke usual Pooja nothing much.

She tsks silently at his typical straight male behavior

Kis din kya kya kapde lagte hai ye kaise pata chalega??!!

She looks at the Assistant who seems very adept at these things and stars Asking him questions.

Better to buy extra clothes than be under dressed.

She thinks.

In Jewelers shop, she quickly selects various simple and pretty bracelets for all the young girls in his family and tie pins for the boys.

While browsing she sees a big ad of couple’s ring.

After much deliberation she buys a pair of rings.

When billing the assistant magically produces a black colored card.

Assistant -Sir had instructed that if you want to buy anything for the trip then bill it to this card.

Geet nods.

Frankly she will have to scrimp on other things if she uses her own money to buy these gifts.

But she uses her own card to buy the rings.

She isn't sure if she wants to wear it or let Maan know she has bought such thing.

Going over to the clothing store, she starts selecting few traditional dresses.

Assistant – Madam, would you mind if I go over to the nearby store and pick up the suite sir had ordered?

G- Go ahead. Wait. I'll come along.

Inside the mega shop she sees all the business suites Maan had ordered.

Not one of them looks like anything special for a festival.

Really!!!  Didn't dress himself and tells her to not worry and be sloppy with him!!

Does he even think for a second what the occasion is?

Didn't she even put on a skimpy lingerie because she thought the situation called for it?

The more she thinks of his careless attitude more irritated she becomes.

Abhi Jo bhi traditional dress hoti hai she buys a couples set of clothes for the main festival day and tries to match her other clothes with the usual tone and style of his business suites.

Sab shopping ke bad she returns home.

Jaldi se saaman pack karti hai and leaves for airport.

Maan had conveyed through the Assistant that he would meet her directly at the boarding.

She realizes that although she wants to keep the marriage under wraps and not tell her family; the reason Maan married her was kind of opposite... to have her by his side as his partner... so to his family they need to show a united couple front.

Maan arrives very late almost missing the flight.

Once they are seated in their first-class seats, they both breathe a sigh of relief.

M- Sorry, I got a bit delayed. Few things ran over time.

G- It's okay.

She was first time flying in so much luxury who was she to complain. Geet thinks.

M- Any issues on your family side?

G- No.

M - Then why the sudden change in plan?

G- There is no issue. I just don't want to spend more time with them.

He pauses for a second to glance at her.

M- Very well. Then don't.

G- Emm....that... I got something for us...

She takes out the rings box and places it in front of him.

G- I don't know if I am overstepping…It's…if you don't like it then i can just return it…

Maan feels very curious and surprised that she bought something for him.

Enthusiastically he opens the box and finds a set of rings inside.

Now he understood what she meant by overstepping.

He runs his thumb over the rings in the box.

M-You will also wear one?

G- Yes of course

M- what about later?

He asks while taking out the men's ring and fiddling with it.

M- It is such a bother to put them on then take off and then put on again... plus they are so small…easily misplaced.

He likes the ring, but he doesn't want to feel like a fool wearing it alone.

G- We can put it in a chain around our neck if we are not wearing it.

Maan ponders about it some more and then wears his ring.

M- Doesn't fit.

He says grumpily.

G- It's for left hand ring finger.

Maan quickly wears it on the correct finger.

Rest of the flight was uneventful.

They reach xx City late in the night.

By the time they reach the ancestral house, only couple of servants are awake to greet them.

Maan guides Geet to her room, which is actually a suite with two bedrooms inside.

Upon reaching he points towards the washroom door.

M - We will share the washroom. I am in the adjoining room.  You have all your stuff for tonight?

Geet looks and the spacious room quite satisfied.

As long as they don't have to share room anything is fine.

G- I have everything. Good night.

M - Hmm breakfast usually starts at around 8. Do you want to sleep in, or should we go have breakfast together?

Geet thinks how awkward it would be if she sleeps in on her first day when first time, she is meeting people.

G- I'll be ready at 8 am.

Next morning around 8 am

Maan knocks on Geet's door to call her for breakfast.

She comes out immediately and they go down to the dining area.

The breakfast is setup buffet style on side of the room.

There is a long rectangular dining table in the middle of the room, big enough for the whole family to sit and eat together.

Servers are also present to refill any beverage or serve any food that a person needs.

Few people have already come down and have started eating.

Everyone is gathered near the head of the table. But no one is sitting on the main chair.

Everyone looks at Maan coming downstairs. An unknown woman accompanying him.

Everyone immediately stop what they were doing and start observing the new couple.

Geet feels the collective gaze and works to maintain her composure.

She is somewhat used to people's stares, so it isn’t much difficult.

Maan also seemed pretty unaffected by everyone's gossiping gaze.

He fills his plate with few pieces of toast, Butter, jam, milk and cornflakes.

While Geet looks around happily and picks fruits and other freshly prepared dishes.

Once they turn towards the table; Geet is unsure where to sit and looks at Maan.

Maan walks to the head of the table, looks at the person sitting on the right side and says " move."

He gestures Geet to come and sit on his right side.

Great part

Well good that Geet had arranged few clothes & gifts for the family of Maan & also she bought few dresses for Maan as well along with the rings for them to look proper

Maan didn't knew about any gifts but his reactions on seeing rings was expected somewhere let's see how will things go now

Maans family reaction on seeing Geet & Maan together was really priceless 😂😂 so now Geet is going to be introduced as family

Fabulous Update 

Oh Maan Singh Khurana you did like the ring

but only waited to see what was Geet's response 

now that Maan is with his relatives he realizes how everyone

is starring at both him and Geet

great that Geet decided to prepare for the trip

at least Maan's assistant helped her

nice that she bought gifts for the kids

amazed that she also bought a couple's ring

pleased that Maan gave his card for shopping

but she paid for the rings with her own money

Geet's thoughts were reasonable

well she was annoyed with Maan

so she bought clothes taking into account the functions

finally she realised the reason why Maan married her

liked Maan's concern for Geet

of cos she did not confide in Maan

why would she?

after all, they are not really a married couple

glad that she told him about the rings

Maan's reaction was justified

pleased that he wore the ring

as expected they have separate rooms

Geet was indeed grateful for that

not surprised that family were shocked seeing Geet

Maan was nonchalant

loved that Maan told the person to move so Geet could sit next to him
