MT: Backstabbing co-workers

Have you ever faced such co-workers?

These individuals may seem friendly on the surface but engage in underhanded tactics to undermine you, damage your reputation, or further their own interests.

I don't want to generalize, but this tribe is an ever-increasing one.

No, I haven't experienced this. I love my job and I like my co-workers. I focus strictly on my work and let my work speak for itself. I do not gossip and do not badmouth anyone.

That sounds good.

But the reality is, many organizations also have backstabbing co-workers. I have faced this, but I have also faced nice colleagues.

So it's a mixed bag.

I don't gossip myself, but I focus on my work and let it speak for itself too.

All humans are backstabbers and co workers are your enemies. Most of them are jealous.

That's why I steer clear of them.

yep i have had such co-workers. Survived with thm for long before i decided i had enough and left

Never had to deal with such issues at work. Maybe because I truly don’t care about what other people think of me. I do my work and go home.

Ya I don’t care n some jealous ppl will be there n I handle them when situation demands .

Fortunately not, but I have worked with people who take their jobs farrrr too seriously and I want to tell them to take a damn chill pill. Doctors are saving the world, you working till 2am on a spreadsheet is not.🙄
