Episode begins with AbhiRa looking for missing Mandira. He finds her phone lying on the rod near the mandir , Aks looks inside mandir , but fail to find her .
Muskaan is collecting Abir from school, Abir notices Dida Manjari on the roadside , he asks Muskaan to stop , right then Muskaan notices Kairav and his secretary in his car , laughing n talking . She gets jealous n suspicious. She asks Driver to follow that car . She ignores Abir’s pleas to stop the car as he saw Daadi on the road side looking very unwell .
AbhiRa reach Manjari at the road side and collect her n reach home . Mahima and Shefali are very worried and take care if Manjari l AbhiM is very traumatised as he fad failed to rescue his maa from the fire n recollects that scene where his mother was calling out to him from the fiery venue . Aks notices AbhiM guilt struck .
Aks returns home to find Goenka family worried for her , she explains the circumstances, how manjari was missing n she helped to rescue her. Abir informs how he saw Daadi on the road feeling unwell, he had asked Muskaan but to stop but she ignored him. Goenka family questions Muskaan for this . Bade papa and Aks asks her if she hated AbhiM’s family so much . Muskaan reveals her reasons , how she noticed her husband with his secretary out on Lunch date , how she felt her marriage falling apart .
Kairav pulls Muskaan to their room n refuses tk discuss his personal matter with everyone .
Aks gets a call from Neela Amma , she shares how her relative had gone to Birla hospital at her behest for getting heart surgery done from AbhiM but they are s armed now as AbhiM might not be doing surgery . She asks Aks to intervene, Persuade AbhiM . Aks assures she will try . Neela then asks her tk take care of childish Muskaan.
Aks is seen talking to bro Kairav over a mug of tea . He shares his problems Dea.IMG with suspicious wife . She offers a solution.
At Birla hospital Aks meets the young girl n her family , all are worried as Dr AbhiM would not be operating on her .
Right then AbhiM is seen handing over his cases to Dr Bhindra n walking out .
Aks confronts him for running away from his duties . AbhiRa have argument. Aks accuses him of running away from himself , his life aim, his goal in life , to alleviate the pain of all those who come to him, to tear up his degree certificates, all his knowledge will go waste, he was not good enough for this noble profession,
Aks Co fronts him for running away because of his guilt n neglecting all those who depended on him. She asks him tk come outnof his guilt n get back to work. hr challenge works and AbhiM agrees to operate on the girl. She also persuades him to change his mind of leaving hospital .

Aks apologises for going over board , trying to convince him, she asks him tk get fresh copy of degree certifiable as she had torn the old one . He gets the torn portion stuck with cello tape and decides to use the same one .
At Pooja mandap AbhiM persuades a very Scared Manjari to perform Aarti with him n get over her fear of fire .Manjari is terrified of fire and gets panic attacks at the thought of fire , she is hesitant but AbhiM tries his best .
Aks is all smiles as she places cap on his head , wishing him all the best .
