This was a beautiful movie about adultery and finding love after that. The FL was pretty disgusting and went behind AB's character's back despite him giving her an out.
When he caught her with her ex, he called out her bs and respectfully divorced her
But then she had a very good realisation that her ex was not worthy of her and she loved her husband.
Reunited with her husband wholeheartedly.
But it works because everyone was called out for their BS unlike this show.
Also, just like the movie, here too people will sympathise with the husband who got hurt due to the toxic love of the FL for her ex.

But here its like since kids are involved, wife and ex husband should unite even if ex husband is abuser. Sai herself places kids and virat as priority rest all ars equal for her be it sathya or uma maushi. She is always father mother, father mother etc.
If she is concerned this much for kids, as sathya said pakhi is gone now, she should reconsider ex husband proposal, this time sai again wanna turn into cab driver or pizza delivery person to calm him down as he is in hate u sai mode.

Nah man, especially because kids are involved, the mother shouldn't reunite with an abuser in the name of love. Kids internalise abuse and spend entire adulthoods either traumatised or being abusive themselves. I work with mainly young adults, not one chlid comes out of an abusive household happy or undamaged even if they weren't physically or emotionally abused directly.

The fact that Sai finds nothing wrong in Virat or emotionally betraying the sanctity of marriage is the fall of her character. But using kids as an excuse would not make sense becaue no one is stopping her now. And especially because the kids don't deserve a PoS father like Virat.
