The funny thing is they attacked HR and his fan base just 2 days before Ayan parted ways with Dharma. ALso, about Animal, it is a Sandeep Vanga movie, the guy could be a nut job but he is very good at his craft which will always ensure good cinema unless Ranbir scews it, so basically Ranbir fans have nothing to boast about except that he is married to Alia, but still they went after Hrithik and every other popular actor of the country who are bigger stars and better performers than Ranbir by miles.

Ranbir is as hyped as can be. There are tons of better looking guys than him in Delhi and here in LA. Better skills, better persona too. He's hyped and a classic case of nepotism. His romantic acts are cringey as they can get.

Ranbir is neither young nor superstar. He messed his career by doing likes of jagga jasoos , bombay velvet. He is 40 and do not look much fresh.

Every generation has its superstars. The meaning may evolve over time, but the concept remains. And RK is definitely a superstar or on the way to becoming one. He has immense popularity + solid hits to show to his credit.
