What are some keys to thriving in Bollywood in the 21st century?

I think:

1. Networking -- All the successful stars network like there's no tomorrow!

2. Be social-media savvy - Look at yourself like a product, and treat social media as a platform to market yourself. For e.g. - post sun-kissed selfies to make yourself look better than you do (Alia) or post pictures of you working out to show you care about your appearance

What else comes to your mind?
