The episode begins where Maitree is leaving the Tiwari house with her luggage, Ashish tries to help her but Maitree declines. Maitree is loading her bags into the car and falls. Ashish holds he. Someone is taking pictures of them. Maitree's parents and brother Sachin comes over and they request her to come home asap. Maitree gets a doubt that someone is taking their pictures.

Maitree hears Nandish crying so goes back in the house and holds the baby trying to calm him down. Maitree starts singing a lullaby so Nandish can sleep. She tries to teach Ashish how Nandish sleeps. Ashish requests Maitree to sleep as she needs to meet the bank manager the next day. 

Maitree and Ashish leave for bank to meet the manager and Sona gets angry. Sona gets annoyed that Nandish is more comfortable with Maitree than herself. She claims Nandish as Saransh. Kusum tells her off and saying please don't think the baby is your son.

At the bank, Maitree is requesting for a loan and the manager declines the application as she is not working and that who will take the responsiblity? The bank manager tells her to take her husband's assistance and let her husband take care of the baby. Maitree says they are not husband and wife. Again, someone is taking a video of them in the bank.
