If anuj was decent educated man........

If anuj was a decent educated man with values he would give baby CA to her mother Mayaa and send them off from kapadiya mansion after talking to orphanage people 

Instead now its like gharwali baharwali fight going on so indecently at his house over both CA and anuj 

What impact this has on CA mind has anyone thought? 

Maan has made it ego issue and prestge fight to keep CA with them at any cost 

If court comes to know whats going on in maan and maya fights they will take action because it involves 7 year old 

Anupama is getting insecure that anuj will go to Maya as shes beautiful educated young and business woman unlike uneducated middle aged like her with 3 kids and an ex family with her 

Maya is seeing that she can have a family with anuj and CA since anupama is negligent 

If anuj was truly US educated and a mature man with values as he claims he must immediately make the right decision - to hand over CA to rightful parent Maya and send them off in peace 

He can always visit CA some time when he wants as a family friend not as father because legally he can never be father of CA 

Also instead of saying anupama to give him time and to CA etc he must ask her to decide does she want to take care of shah kids and ex family or him let her decide once for all so he can divorce and start new life out of this messy marriage 

He can always financially support anupama and indirectly shahs because hes done mistake of loving and marrying her for 26 years unconditionally 

Any mature man will do these 2 decision and soon not dilly dally like anuj 

At 46 years anuj is not a immature 25 year old or 30 year old man who needs others to tell him what to do in such situation 

Even most illeterate villager men would do these two decisions if in ajun place

Being educated that too in USA and lived 25 years of his life there anuj is no immature adult that he cannot make decisions  

I agree with you CA is not the only child though Anuj has form a fatherly bond with her, I stopped seeing Anuj  as different from the Shah’s when in a recent episode he was telling to Anupama to promise him to do anything to have CA with them what did he think Anupama is a goddess and she will do magic for him.

It is like in Pandya Store for a child just ruined the whole family relationships and peace.

Once I was not missing a single episode now it is just like any shows.

Totally agree, if he was as educated as he claims, stop being a jerk and hand the child back to her bio mother. If he wants to be in her life, he can ask her bio mom is she is willing to share joint custody as two parents who love her and are raising her leaving the step mom out. I am sure Maya would at least think about it.  Maya needs to get her head out of where it is and think normal get her child and leave. This house, these two families are not a normal place to raise your child. 

Anupama is insecure, will be as long as Anuj has money and it will benefit her.

I am not keen on Anuj supporting her after divorce. He should give set lum sum to live off, nothing after this. She has DA and use this as her income and move on.

Agreed Anuj is not well educated tabhi to Anupma jaise lady se shaadi kar li, why always blaming Anuj blame Anupmaa and Maaya please, Anupama is main  culprit here apni marriage save karne ke liye choti ko mohra bana Rahi hai aur Maaya agar chahe to court kyu nahi chali jaati kyu Anuj ke sapne dekh rahi hai. So please stop blaming Anuj everytime, uss bewkook ki bas itni fault hai Ki Anupmaa madam se shaadi karli

Bold: So true! Maya saw the void  & felt that she had a chance.... If you look at from third persons POV they would feel pity for Anuj.. So in her mind she is doing good !
