Can recollect on completion of 25 years, Zee team focussed more on felicitating old cast & technicians who brought success, critical acclaim, popularity and longevity for their channel over the years during ZRA 2017 by giving ample time to their performances and special awards, than ongoing shows. 😊That's when Zee group changed its logos, revamped all its channels look & feel too. Expecting same in 30 years celebration too but with a twist.

In one way need to appreciate Subhash Chandra and his initial team for pioneering home grown network, to create and stream entertainment content beyond DD in India, be it with their reality shows or fiction shows through Zee. This group sailing for 30 years long in media with all ups and downs is commendable.👏

Read in July 2022 Zee-Sony merger got approvals from stock exchanges 7 months after their merger agreement was done in Dec 2021. May be Punit Goenka wants to announce new combined network name after merger with Sony, logos, tag lines, revamps as the combined CEO with a formal farewell to old Zee, with his new management team during ZRA 2022?

Still skeptical if all types of Zee channels will continue exist with their own identity from next year? or will just become a tag line of Sony India network? or if any consolidation happens among Hindi channels between both groups to avoid overlaps? In that case feel ZRA may be dismantled from next year, to make way to some new awards night concept covering Sony Hindi channels too.😔
