You aren't supposed to call people from your professional space, aunty and uncle. If you want to show respect call them sir or mam. They aren't your chacha chachi to address them with these. Anyways the difference between the two was that Sonam called Aishwarya aunty to age shame her just the way she used to bitch about everybody whereas Sara calling Salman uncle was scripted as part of a stupid award show I'm watching right now on TV.
