A 30 year old can't call anyone uncle at workplace.

You aren't supposed to call people from your professional space, aunty and uncle. If you want to show respect call them sir or mam. They aren't your chacha chachi to address them with these. Sonam was bashed for calling Aishwarya aunty, why a different treatment to Sara when both had similar reasons for doing so..sonam's dad worked with Rai and Sara's dad worked with Khan but if that was unacceptable this is too..not cool!!

There is hardly n 11 yrs age gap between Sonam and Aishwarya. She wouldnt have been bashed for calling her Didi or Bhabhi.

Sara is 30 yrs younger to Salman if wiki is right. Even otherwise ..he is older than her dad..Definitely uncle's age.

Salman is elder to her father Saif and nearly 30 years property than Sara, so definitely uncle is appropriate.

But her mother Amrita is elder to Salman with whom he worked😆with Goldie locks hair.

May be she is familiar with him ever since she was a kid? I honestly don't think these spaces are  professional anyway, jiski jo marzi aaye, karta hai , bolta hai.
