I fully agree the accusations and personal attacks against Sameer are not warranted .... But what I fail to understand is why isn't the NCB head coming out in the open and addressing the media... Sameer, I suppose could be denied access to holding press conference etc but surely the head of an organisation can give clarification at the earliest .... In such situations, one expects the Head of any organisation to hold his department' s hand and clear any aspersions on his financial probity...How much time does an entire organization need to assess the facts ?? At such crucial times , they need not get into bureaucratic hurdles and machinery of enquiry etc which will take ages ...I m sure there must be systems in place for swift redressals for the govt .officers handling sensitive portfolios...
