No she wanted a blanket gag on her name appearing in any of the reports.

This was just an incident which she put forward to justify her request.

Police force who leaked the conversation between her and her husband are stupid because they have proved that shilpa had no idea what her husband was doing 

During the police search on Friday, Shilpa Shetty reportedly wept and asked Kundra, “We have everything, what was the need to do all this?” According to reports, police sources said that Shilpa broke down and said that their ‘reputation was ruined, their endorsements in the industry were being cancelled’. 

Shilpa on the other hand send a defamation case saying she have not said any such thing which means she knew what her husband was doing. 😆

So either the police are lying or shilpa was acting in front of the police

The High Court is being absurd here. Firstly, no one chooses a public life. Some professions and situations propel you into the public eye. Secondly, even if someone chooses public life, the law is supposed to be equal to all citizens. Everyone is protected equally by defamation, slander, and libel laws and has the right to sue anyone who spreads false information. They have to prove the information is false. Everyone has the right to privacy. Certain elements of private life cannot be made public just because someone is famous. 

I don't believe that she wasn't aware about her husband's main business, she isn't some idiot who wouldn't know that from where such expensive gifts and lavish life style is coming. If she was really unaware about that, she should file a divorce case, not explain the difference between p*rn and erotica.

 Having said that, she is right to demand 'stop media trials'. Just last year we had this media drama in Sushant's  case where Arnab was a judge, Kangnu was an eye witness with damaged eyes, Navika as lawyer  AND at last nobody was proven anything, but media trials have done enough damage for few people. She should be given benefit of doubt till proven guilty by police. Public figure doesn't mean public's property. Court should have given some guidelines to report the case.

It was a video called raj kundra and links to SSR...that video was stating that raj kundra was involved in drugs as well...i dislike the video and reported it... hopefully the person had taken down or something....these type of videos are rubbish

its naïve to think she was not aware of content of many app which itself on litigation long ago with FIR , now pretending as if dont knew.  my only issue these craps mint crores of money but paid actress actors few thousands like 5000. Not even enough for them stay in a jhopad pati for few days in mumbai. Good these celebrities get exposed. Confrontation of SS vs RK must not leaked by police but their own PR to shred any liability  . crap people

Can’t sympathise with someone who knowingly stayed silent about her husband exploiting others for p*rn and erotica content and now is playing the victim card
