Shiva's Romance
After two years of dating, Dev finally mustered up the courage to tell his family about Rishita. Rishita's parents were a bit hesitant at first regarding their relationship but eventually agreed to it considering their happiness.
Today was the roka ceremony of Dev and Rishita and everyone in the Pandya Nivas were busy with something or the other as it was the marriage of the second Pandya brother.
Gaumbi had gone to the store to wrap up the work as soon as possible. Initially Shiva complained that he would go and manage the store but Gaumbi told him that he is needed at the house more and he had to agree. Maa was excited for her second son's wedding but she was asked to rest considering her health, Dhara was busy instructing the workers about various things and Krish for a change was lending his hand and was taking care of the food that was supposed to be served to the guests.
Shiva had just returned after collecting the ring for the roka ceremony and sat on a nearby chair in front of the table fan to cool down his body after facing the scorching heat of the sun on the roads of Somnath. His Dhara bhabhi had given him a glass of sherbat and went back to her work. He was sipping his sherbat when his eyes landed on his Maami-Ki-Behen-Ki-Beti.
She was wearing a red saree which was of his bhabhi and dare he say she took his breath away. He had never seen her in a saree before and he couldn't help but ogle at her delectable saree clad figure. She was instructing the workers about the lighting and they were doing it all wrong so she asked them to go and do something else and started doing the work herself. She lifted the pallu which was covering her left arm, revealing her petite waist to his gaze and tucked the end of it at her waist. Though he was sipping his sherbat yet his mouth got dry and he gulped hard looking at her. Does she even realise what sort of emotions she evokes in him? He thought.
He kept his glass at side and started taking steps towards her and stood just behind her. He reached for her hand from behind and helped her in setting up the lights. He slid his other hand over her waist and she gasped feeling his hands on her bare waist. She turned back to look at him and realised how close he was standing to her and her heart started beating even faster if it was possible.
Raavi: Shiva kya kar raha hai? Koi dekh lega… Jaa yahan se aur mujhe kaam pe focus karne de...
She stopped in between as she felt his hands moving her pallu aside and stroking her belly. She sucked in a breath and tried to move away from him which only tightened his hold around her.
She turned back to plead with him to let her go but what she saw made her look away from his face. His eyes were dark and desire was clearly evident in them. She felt herself melting under his touch and his hot breath was fanning her shoulder from behind. His gaze was no less, she felt as if he could see through her soul. She again protested considering their environment.
Raavi: Shiva! Chhod na koi dekh lega to kya sochega?
Shiva: Dekhne de mujhe koi fark nahi padta hai ki log kya sochte hai.
She knew if she didn't stop him right now, he would definitely land them both up in some trouble. She tried to clear her mind and tried to remove his hands from her waist but he was in no mood to budge at all. She pleaded with him with her eyes getting tensed about their surroundings and he let go of her looking at her face. He always loved this about her, they have always been close to each other while quarreling but whenever he approached her in such a manner, she would get all nervous around him.
Shiva: 5 minute mein aake storeroom mein mil.
He said showing her her earring which he had managed to remove while being close to her and she looked at him shocked. Devil, she muttered under her breath and tried to snatch away her earring from his hands but he was too fast as he retreated his hands away from her reach.
Raavi: Shiva… meri earring wapas kar…
Shiva: Earring chahiye toh aa jaana 5 minute mein warna bhool jaa.
Before she could retort back he was gone giving his signature smirk to her which irritated her even more. She was about to follow him when she heard Dhara calling her and she had no other option rather than going and listening to what Dhara had to say. She nodded absent mindedly at whatever she was being told and made an excuse to follow that devil to the storeroom.
Just when she was about to open the door of the storeroom, he pulled her inside and latched the door. She gasped at the sudden shock and clutched his shoulders squeezing her eyes tight.
He smirked at her. She was being scared just by this, well she had no idea what all he wanted to do with her. He pulled her closer by her waist and felt her body get relaxed under his touch. She blinked her eyes open and looked at him innocently.
Raavi: Shiva meri earring wapas kar. Mujhe bohot kaam hai bahar…
Shiva: Main nahi de raha…
Raavi: Par tune toh kaha tha agar main storeroom mein aa gayi toh tu mujhe mujhe meri earring lauta dega. Dekh ab tu is tarah se mere saath cheating nahi kar sakta hai… mujh…
She kept on blabbering and the only way to shut her up was to place his lips above hers. She stopped complaining when she felt his soft lips upon hers. At first she was shocked but then responded to him with equal passion. She felt her heartbeat quicken as he deepened the kiss and her arms went around his neck on their own accord. His hands were roaming freely on her back and they pulled away only when they both were panting heavily for air. He noticed her lips were swollen and glistening wet from his ministrations.
He pulled her closer to him again by her waist and tucked a hair strand behind her ear making her wear her earring.
Shiva: Kya bol rahi thi tu kal?
Raavi: Kya?
Shiva: Yahi ki main bilkul bhi romantic nahi hoon…
Her eyes widened in shock as soon as he said that.
Raavi: Main… vo… mera matlab…
Shiva: Aur kya kaha tha tune?
He pretended to think and touched her face with the back of his fingers and she shuddered in his arms.
Shiva: Haan… mujhe toh romance ka r bhi nahi aata hai…
Raavi: Shiva!!
Shiva: Ab bhi bolegi ki romance nahi aata hai?
Raavi: Shiva jaane de na… bohot kaam hai. Dhara di dhoondh rahi hogi mujhe.
Shiva: Tu jaake kya karegi? Tu waise bhi kisi kaam ki nahi hai.
He said smirking and he got the exact reaction from her which he expected. She used her arms to push him away from her and glared at him.
Raavi: Tu na kabhi nahi sudhar sakta hai… mujhe tujhse koi baat hi nahi karni hai. Main jaa rahi hoon yaha se.
She turned back to leave from there but she was pulled back again and her back collided with his chest. She struggled in his grip and he swept her hair to one side of her shoulder and kissed the nape of her neck. She clutched her saree tightly feeling his lips on her skin.
Shiva: Tujhe jaana hai toh jaa… lekin uske baad jo hoga wo teri zimmedari hogi, meri nahi.
She failed to understand the meaning of his words and as soon as she took a few steps ahead, she halted in her tracks. He was holding her dori in his hands which came undone as she moved forward and stood still in her place. He moved closer to her and gave her dori a tug undoing it completely. She moaned his name and he was losing it but tried to compose himself.
Shiva: Abhi se hi ghabra gayi?
He asked her huskily and she replied rather asked immediately.
Raavi: Main kyu ghabraungi bhala?
Before he could say anything, they both heard a loud knock on the door and Raavi panicked. She was about to say something again in her famous loud tone but Shiva placed his palm above her mouth to stop her from creating any mess.
Shiva: Aye gadheri, akal nahi hai na tujhme. Saari duniya ko cheekh-cheekh ke bata de ki tu yaha andar hai.
Raavi: Shiva ab kya karenge? Koi bahar hai… agar hum dono ko aise dekh liya to gazab ho jaayega.
Shiva: Tu thodi der chup reh aur mujhe sochne de.
Raavi: Khud ko bohot inteligent samajhta hai na aur mujhe jab dekho gadheri bolta hai lekin tu khud duniya ka sabse bada gadhera hai.
Dhara: Raavi tu andar hai?
Dhara asked, knocking again hearing her voice.
Shiva: Ho gaya kaand. Tu chup nahi reh sakti thi.
Shiva pulled her with him in a corner and unlatched the door carefully and Dhara entered inside.
Dhara: Raavi? Tu hai yaha?
After getting no response she decided to turn away and go but then realised why she was here in the first place.
Dhara: Lights lena toh bhool hi gayi… lekin agar Raavi yaha nahi hai toh phir uski aawaz kahan se aayi thi…
She shrugged the topic away and moved out of the storeroom.
Shiva and Raavi sighed in relief as soon as Dhara went from there. Raavi was about to leave him and go when he held her hand and stopped her.
Shiva: Aise jaayegi tu bahar?
Raavi: Aise matlab kaise?
He held her dori in his hands and showed her. She hit her head with her hand and tried to tie the knot but he turned her around and tied it for her and placed a kiss on the knot when he was done tying it. She turned to face him, stood on her tiptoes and pecked on his lips lightly before running away from there giggling.
Shiva stood there for a moment caressing his lips from his finger and went behind her smiling widely.
Krish saw them coming out of the storeroom one after the other and he felt something weird and later found them stealing glances at each other smiling and he grinned widely planning to tease them about it later.
