But Malini suing Aditya and Imlie part made me laugh...
Rest I won't explaining more than I already have in my previous posts.. That story is centered around a complicated situation and the choices made.. No one is flawless here!
Okay so firstly, I would like to clear that I agree that Gun point wedding wasn't legal. legal wife of Aditya is Malini for now irrespective of any belief.
Now coming on to your legal gyaan.
Malini can't sue Aditya at all... and can't even touch Imlie as a matter of fact.
Malini has no grounds to appeal any compensation from either, but yes, as per previous versions of show, his sure sure mom did tried to file case of bigamy against Aditya, which is completely false, since marriage indeed happened at gun point.
At highest, Malini ji can file for divorce since Aditya hasn't been exactly adulterous or bigamist. As far as we can see, he is emotionally detached with Malini.
Secondly, the suicide attempt can definitely embroil Malini mam in some serious legal battles, since that's a real crime, specially if she tried to emotionally traumatize Imlie over it.. because frankly Aditya sort of deserve this guilt trip by her.
Anyways, If i think about it, I think i will have the maximum fun, if Meethi filed law suit against Dev papa.. If I see from legal pov, only worthy candidate for some time in big house is painter babu, Dev
