What you're doing now is justifying the grooming of a teenager by an adult man who had already been in relationships and was even engaged to be married.
What you're doing now is using legal terms to justify what anyone would rightly see as sexual abuse of a minor. 8 to 12 years girls used to be married off to 24 years old men back in ancient days. Does that make it all right today? Most people can see it as wrong.
What you did in prior posts is justify his physical abuse as a parent punishing a child which is exactly what we have been saying here. He was an adult, and she was a child.
